I don't normally leave comments but this video was so informative, it's the first video that takes through each aspect of the van but also explains how to work and use each system. Thank you for sharing this knowledge as I am just starting in van life.
Good morning from the factory and thanks for watching and posting your comment. If you have questions, ask away and I'll do my best to get you answers. Safe travels - Steve
@@ThorMotorCoach Hi I need to know how Thor can remedy the black water hose storage area on my 2021 Tellaro?
Best demonstration ever!!! Thanks a million!
Excellent video.
Great Presentation! I just bought the Tellaro you reviewed. Answered a lot of questions! May thanks.
Very nice! Thanks for dropping a comment and safe travels! - Steve
Thank you Steve for this video as it is a great introduction to the 2022 Sequence 20L I just got this week. It will be a great resource to review if any issues appear.
Closing on a 2021 Sequence tomorrow and this video is EXACTLY what I was looking for from Thor, so thanks Steve. We’re already off to a great start!
Safe travels and enjoy. Thanks for watching. - Steve
@@ThorMotorCoachLong story but we actually ended up with a 2022 L model with the 200Ah batteries. We may have to see about getting bigger ones from you at some point. Our first RV trip will be up near Acadia National in Maine next week and had to review the heat. Do I have to turn the water pump on or just as long as there’s water in the tank, I’m good? Also thought I read something about having to turn on the pump, run water in all faucets, then heater on. Thanks!!
for dumping, the order should have been black, then spray clean black, then close black valve, then grey. as it was the slinky is used for the black prior to storage instead of rinsed with soapy water prior to storage!
Make a video for Thor Tranquility 19L please!
How long does it take for the water to be hot in the shower ? I’ve only had the coach a few weeks but I’ve never been successful getting hot water out of the shower…. Any help would be appreciated!
It rarely gets below -13°F and if so only over night. Maybe 2 nights/year. Would a few hours at that temperature require it to be plugged in? What happens if the batteries get this cold?
BEWARE - the sewer hose storage is completely useless. It’s a stunning design flaw. It won’t fit any popular hoses (e.g., RhinoFLEX). I’m still in denial that they allowed this design to roll off the production line. I’m currently looking to mount a tube underneath but space is limited…
Bryce, the engineers and product development team have addressed and fixed this. Share your solution and it may help others. Thanks - Steve
@@ThorMotorCoach That’s great to hear. Is it something that I can benefit from somehow as well, after the fact?
There’s so much to love about this rig, but I still haven’t found a good workaround for the hose, other than using a plastic tote in the rear area under the ladder mount.
@@ThorMotorCoach Is it fixed in the 2022 Tellaro? We just purchased one.
Anyone know how much weight the bike rack can hold? Wondering it it could hold an e bike.
Thor needs to make more van layouts for families. How about making a Sequence 20A with a rear sofa bed with 3pt seatbelts making it seating for 6. The current version sleeps 4 but the refrigerator and bathroom size isn’t practical which is making me look at another brand that can sleep 4 and seat 6 that is available as of 2020.
What model class b sleeps 4 and has seating for 6 ? Im looking for something similar
Yes please share!!
Great product. Why no positive locking on the cabinets? Are they secure from things falling out? I think the cassette toilet is less hassle and no charge for dumping either.
How loud is the generator? Does it take a lot of gas to run it?
@@tominftlthomasp3559 - Not loud at all. You can set it to run when your batteries get too low and for how long you want it to run. It will also NOT run if you get to 1/4 tank of gas to keep you from getting stranded. Don't forget you have solar on the roof to help charge batteries.
Can you please share a link of where one would find the 30 to 50 amp connecter when hooking up to shore power? Also a link for the adapter when storing.
Hi Cindy. You can find them on Amazon, some home improvement stores, Walmart... do an internet search and you'll find them. They are not big so you can store it about anywhere. Thanks - Steve
Does anyone know of a roof box that will fit on the rack?
Great video! How can I get a copy of this with the chapters? I want to put this on a thumb drive and put it in my rig so I can access it while traveling.
Dave, you can download the video from the link using a UA-cam downloader. Thanks - Steve
Hello can someone tell me what is happening when driving the tellaro , and in the speedometer circle there’s another red circle with a number that comes on and off . Around 24-27 . What is that ?
I purchased Sequence 20a with popup camper in June 2021.
It is been nightmare since I got it.
1st. Water leaking at Holding Tank .( assembler forgot to using hose clamp)
2nd. Manufacturer rushed to close pop top before rooftop sealer was dried. so when I open pop top, gasket got stuck to the top opening and ripped.
3rd. whole passenger side outlets and USB not working, hot and ground wires reversed.
My RV still in shop at this time.
Have you called our customer service department? (877) 855-2867.. they can help you out. Thanks - Steve
#2 - Same thing here! Bringing it back in a few days to have the entire gasket replaced.
What is the length of the bar that the bike sits on on the Thule Bike Rack? My bike is 53" apart from the bottom of each tire, meaning from where the tires touch the floor are 53 inches apart. Will my bike fit on this bike rack?
Ike, the total width of the bar is 51 inches. I'm guessing you have an e-bike at 53"? Thanks - Steve
@@ThorMotorCoach No, it is not an eBike. It is an Electra cruiser. Where the two wheels touch the ground is 53 inches apart. I believe that the tires are 26”
Does the AT have an outside shower connector anywhere?
Brent, the AT does not have an exterior shower connection. Thanks for the question. - Steve
Hi, Just purchased a Tellaro 20AT and we love it! How the heck do you winterize it? Can’t get the antifreeze to go into the tank.
#thormotorcoach
Please make the Tellaro or Sequence with the back bathroom and have the option for the PopTop Sleeper.
Thor??? Can we make it happen???
The truma control on the back wall of a cabinet... Pull everything out to get to it, or just not use the cabinet?
I keep the remote for the tv in it. That's about it.
New vans, it has been moved above the side door.
So we only turn the battery disconnect switch to the OFF position when we're storing the RV "for the winter"? I take that to mean, whenever it won't be used for several weeks? That isn't quite how the 2020 Class B owner's manual page 80, states it: "Turn the master battery disconnect switch OFF when leaving the motorhome for periods of more than 1 hour, if not connected to shore power or generator power. This will prevent excessive battery drain."
It would be nice to get this conflicting info clarified, since we had an episode in our Tellaro Class B where we left the master battery disconnect switch ON for a week and now have dead batteries that won't hold charge anymore.
Solar will keep the house battery Charged, even with the battery disconnect switch off. The Ram Van battery will not be charged with solar and will go dead in one week. So a small solar or a 120V bat charge must be installed for the van bat.
Is there not a way to lock the water tank fill hole? It's crazy to me there is no protection from people messing with your drinking water. Roadtrek has it behind locks...
Very good video but we just purchased the 2023 Thor Tellaro L RV and the sewer hose does not come with an attachment at the end (where it would fit into the sewer). We were told it was by design so that the sewer hose would fit into the sewer hose compartment on side of RV. I'd like to know what kind of sewer attachment is used in the video. Please respond.
Exactly!!!! The hose that came with our Sequence 20L same deal, we bought a Rhino and it didn't fit in the container...we are using buckets.
Yes you need to buy the 90 deg for the hose
There is new side mount kit. look on line.
There is new side mount, check out the new system on the new vans.
A couple of questions of my own:
1. Where is the Truma hot water system (I have a 2021 sequence). You mention winterizing it but never tell us where it is. Underneath?
2. Where does the white cylindrical water filter go? It's in the drawer near the microwave. No one knows where it goes.
Normally under the bed. Most but not all floor plans
How long of a sewer hose can be stored in the rig?
Zero, the hose storage is useless. You will have to hang an EZ Hose Carrier.
Great coach but discovered a few things while using in winter weather. Our truma on our 20L will only work on LP. It seems to need batteries to heat even when plugged into shore power. Thor should provide a video for using the lithium batteries. We would appreciate some feedback. Thanks.
Yep - my Truma only works on propane.
I keep a small 120v Heater in the van, use if I am at site with 120V AC.
“You can run the furnace without water, just make sure the drain is open to drain out any condensation.” 47:13
What drain are you referring to and where is it located on the van?
Yep what drain and where. Newbie
Does the Tellaro come with an outdoor ladder?
Hi Amy. Yes, the Tellaro has a Thule telescoping ladder. With the strong magnets you can attach it anywhere you want. Thanks for the question. - Steve
Does the generator have to be on for the outlets to receive power? If not, whats the other option? Thanks so much!
Hi. Yes, either the generator needs to be running, the lithium batteries need to be on (if equipped) or you need to be plugged into shore power. Thanks for the question - Steve
The outlets are on with 120V shore power, or Generator on or if you turn on the inverter. The 3,000 watt inverter can run the AC or Mircowave. If you have a 1000-watt inverter then must turn on Generator for AC and microwave.
I just bought the 2022 Tellaro A-T-L - and I am trying to set up the ReLiable Battery System Auto Start feature - but I can't find the button that shows in the video. I would appreciate it if someone might be able to clarify if perhaps that button is in a different location as compared to what is shown in the video. Much Appreciated! #TellaroRV #ThorMotorCoach
Hi Tom, do you have the 200 Amp Hour or 400 Amp Hour set up? The 200 Amp Hour does not have auto start. Thanks - Steve
@@ThorMotorCoach #TellaroRV Thanks for the quick reply Steve.
Per the video for the 2022 Tellaro ( ua-cam.com/video/P7EnUk41ZQU/v-deo.html) is says that if you have the optional Reliable Battery system, then you have autostart. See 6:40 in the video.
@@tomhardy5376 I also have a new 2022 Tellaro and was under the same impression.
Bought the Tellaro, but didn't know about the app until I found this video. How do I get the app?

For Apple go here.. apps.apple.com/us/app/bmpro-rvmaster-tmc/id1455569999

Which mode(s) is best for boondocking?
They are all good for that. It about floor plan that is good for you. I am Tall so the 20L / 2LB was my pick. Be the 20L / 2LB has smaller under-bed storage. If you do not mind climbing up in the bed, the high bed has lots of under-bed storage.
Where is the link for all the error codes?
I bought a 2022 Tellaro with reliable battery system. I have no button for auto start to start engine and charge my battery. Is there a new system now to engage autostart?
Hi Sandy. Do you have the 800 or 200 amp hour system? The auto-start feature is only available on the 800 amp hour setup. Thank you - Steve
@@ThorMotorCoach where do we find which system we have?
Front windshield privacy cover is an option or comes in standard, what type of covering is supplied.
Mine had a stiff folding cover for the front windshield. There are nice magnetic and velcro fabric covers for the side windows and the large window on the sliding door.
Is there a similar “how to” video for a scope?
Hi Susan. We are working on that for the 2023 models. Thanks for the question - Steve
I cannot find a way to turn off the tubular LED light on the ceiling just above the headrests on the front seats. Advice?
Did you find it?
It’s labeled front accent.
Same here. No idea how either.
@@stugfent Look at the screen with the lights...it is front accent.
@@grammaburbur I don’t have that option on my lights screen. I have a bunch but not that one. But I have the tube lighting above the head rest though. Strange.
Does anyone know if the bike rack will support an ebike with fat tires?
Contact Thule. But, I can tell you from experience, that most ebikes are in the 50 pound range and are too heavy for most racks
I spoke with people from Thule about this myself, and no the bike rack is not rated for e bikes. Even though the total bike rack will accept the weight of one e bike, the weight will not be distributed correctly on the rack and Thule rep told me the e bikes WILL FALL OFF, and emphasized it to me, causing damage to rack, bike, and vehicle.
@@jackiehorn3724 Thank you for the info.
Do all 20 LT’s have lithium?
Hi. The Reliable Battery system is an option on all floor plans. Thanks for watching. Steve
I'm trying to use Apple Car Play. Can't find it. I plugged in my Apple phone on the USB under the steering wheel. How do I use Apple Car Play, please? #ThorMotorCoach #TellaroRV
the sliding bug screen in my Tellaro does not work anywhere near as smoothly as the one in this video.
We just took delivery of our 2021 20AT and it did not come with any window coverings or an outside ladder system from Thule. I see in the video there is the magnet portion of the ladder. Can someone from Thor, or another 20AT owner, please verify if we were supposed to get these items.?, Thanks!!
Jim, the roof ladder and roof rack set up is not available on the AT with the retractable roof option. What window coverings are you referring to? The cockpit privacy shades? I'll help you out the best I can. Thanks - Steve
@@ThorMotorCoach Thanks for the assistance! We did opt for the retractable roof so no ladder, perfect! Should there have been window coverings for the back doors, sliding door and front drivers and passenger windows? Thanks again!!
@@jimbrett2931 Hi Jim. You should have all that, (Double check with them on that ladder too) Please get a hold of our Customer Care team so they can send you out everything you need. www.thormotorcoach.com/customer-care/ I will follow up with you as well. Thank you. - Steve
@@ThorMotorCoach Thanks Steve! Contacted Thor about the ladder and our dealership is obtaining all window coverings we did not receive.

How does one turn on the heater?
Hi Roy, the heat is controlled with the Truma Eco Combi. There is a detailed walk through at the 46 min. mark. Thanks - Steve
@@ThorMotorCoach Steve, I'm reading my Truma Combi to manual for directions to drain the water heater tank, (2.5-3 gallons) and the pressure relief drain valve does not look like anything on my 2021 Tellaro. Can you do a video for winterizing
He failed to mention using a water pressure regulator.
Funny the propane sensor in this video isn’t working just like my brand new Thor
Is this van white or silver?
Both the Tellaro and the Sequence come in three colors... Charcoal, silver and white. Thanks - Steve
how much does insurance usually cost for something like this?
I pay $150 a mo. through Roamly for full coverage.
The cheapest I found was progressive for about $650 a year here in Texas, about half the price of everyone else
@@brucedaley588 what provider have you used for that price? Full coverage?
Good video need to slow down. A lot to absorb!
So does Thor ignore the comments here?
mostly
they have to develop a better way to show you how much propane you're working with.
Demonstrator speaks too fast generally and runs through the instructions too quickly. I also think these models are less well designed. The wet bath is cheap plastic instead of fiberglass and ceramic. The electrical systems should be now automatic. Lots of trouble shooting and different gauges to monitor.
