Pakistan’s UN ambassador appeals for climate responsibilities

Pakistan is the fifth-largest victim of climate change. Developing countries are asking for a facility to compensate for climate loss and damage, it is the industrial countries that have for the last 200 years contributed to global warming, said Pakistan’s UN ambassador.
