The truth is that place is changing, but not for the better, anyone can live their now, I live in one of the tower apartments and they are people from the project moving in here, more packages have been stolen and more gun shots can be heard outside in the middle of the night. The people who are mostly moving in here are from the projects and it's going to get worse over time. There was a tenant who lived in one of the towers that killed two women at a bus stop and Boudin released him. I have seen many people who have lived there for years move out and now people with a criminal background god knows what is moving in here. I am ready to bounce. I don't care what anyone says I am seeing it and experiencing it for what it is. Two years ago, a big shoot out took place in the open parking lot by 50 Chumasero, it was scary people were walking home from work and school when this happened. a couple of months afterwards someone who lived in one of the town houses had their door riddled with bullet holes, a couple months later a break in and assault in one of the tower apartments as well,, and the residents moved out the same day. No one would believe me if I shared these experiences. To each their own, but I would avoid moving here. They are desperate for tenants here and for such a costly place you would have high expectations given your money's worth in cost.
