@@Dbreezy229 and it's kinda stupid. Because didn't Kasumi leave her village to look for Ein aka Hayate just for Hayate to help Ayane in pursuing her in the future doa games until DOA5 kinda-ish.

@@kidfromthe7 I guess the ninja code is the same like it is in Naruto. Even though Hayate was kidnapped, Kasumi broke their code by leaving the village to go looking for him. It's probably because she was next in line to become the leader of their village.
