This video helped me out a lotttt.. turned on my PC and my 'S' key just stopped working on my Ducky one 2 mini. I updated the firmware exactly like the video and it works again. Thank you.
bro, I ended up buying a vortex keyboard cause my "S" button on my ducky and my "caplocks" and "shift" were being stupid. but at least i now have a backup keyboard. thanks for the help, i thought i was crazy with the instructions.

Please pin this, the best way to update your keyboards firmware is by filling in the product code (Mostly found on the back) I had this trouble that i installed the wrong firmware when following this firmware support. Make sure the product code is correct.

Hello, let me explain my situation. Before the problem, I accidentally spilled some drink on my keyboard: the ducky one mini 2. I was able to clean above and a little inside, the drink was not on the side of the bar space. However 2h30-3h00 after the "accident". While I was playing my space key became unusable, I tried everything I know, put the driver back, clean the key, reset the keyboard etc. change usb etc. Nothing works, do you have a solution?
i found solution 1. go to local group policy 2. press administrative templates 3. press allow non administrators to install drivers for these device 4. when widow pop up mark disable and press ok. 5. open ducky installer by pressing left mouse button select run as administrator now u can press ok button and install driver congrats now u can install update. Worked for me.
Moses Tried it aswell. But my ducky is like „offline“ so i cant type. My pc doesnt have the connection to my ducky anymore. If i want to hold d and l and After That i cant Click on ok because my pc does not have any Connection T my ducky. It is like, if my ducky isnt even connected. Hope you could unterstand what i mean

I have a Ducky One 2 SF Black ... there is no firmware update for it...? Tried the guide you showed but that doesn't work. When I plug it in it very dimly has white rgb and NOTHING works, however when I plug my other older keyboard in and I press the caps lock it shows up as the caps lock being pressed on the Ducky. Hi need a little help I subbed my keyboard works great but my 34567 keys are blue and I don’t know how to reset the I half down fn alt and caps lock and it doesn’t say they are custom but they are still blue

try downloading the oldest one because i did it and it worked for me, (I was freaking out because I thought I messed up something and it wouldn't turn on)

@@willekewk you have to do exactly what the video says. He literally walks you through it. Updating the software should fix the issue.

For you people that were worried after your keyboard stopped worked, just plug in a different keyboard and install the other version the same way
