Making Wine - how to make homemade wine.

Making homemade wine is a labour of love. It is simple but every step of the process must be done with care and attention. You require a few tools and some patience.
This is also referred to as an Italian Garage wine, all natural with no added ingredients. Wine has been made like this for centuries. Enjoy it as the Romans did.

They are a pinot noir grape.
