What was the point of this release? If you go by highlights then it looks like you did a poor job:
"The Russians are just the latest in a long line of foreign forces to back the national military" sure but lets focus on only the Russians in CAR. You film one guys opinion stating he won't go back into the city if only the Russians are there and their local army isn't however the CPC Rebel groups didn't want to meet you because of "heavy Russian presence" deducing that the Russians are doing a pretty damn good job if the rebels are scared of 600-900 Russians. Stop being Russophobe's and spreading hate propaganda @VICE, Russians are not your enemy. Question your governments actions before judging other countries.
I loved how the defense minister of CAR shut this journalist down with the UN statement.
"A country invaded by the Russians never survives" sounds like a compliment tbh, but man you sure you aren't speaking of USA, which has been using mercenaries world wide (yes mercenaries not contractors contrary to what your media likes to label them as)? For a "general" this guy complains a lot, if anything this goes to show that the Russians know what they are doing there if they are instilling such fear in them.
Honestly this whole release seems like a rant that "omg Russians are using mercenaries, even though we (USA) have been doing it for decades, but that is irrelevant. Look at these bad bad Russians, they are so bad that they are actually getting the job done". Weak.

Anyone got any idea why she speaks French to the guy in the UNICEF shirt but speaks English to the rebel general. He seems to be speaking French (I'm not fluent, but I can pick out a fair few words) so I don't get it unless she was speaking English just for the camera but had also asked the question in French and that was edited out.

Russia never did anything exceptional when it comes to geopolitics. As some say "everybody does that".
This vid didn't make a single claim Russians are doing anything heinous in CAR. Their presence is approved under the UN. What's all those comment siding with rebel leader about "Russia destroys countries" are about?
