Often times golfers elbow can lead to ulnar nerve problems unfortunately. Could you make a video about subluxation ulnar nerve? Most people don't know that many people have this, but without symptoms. It's not an illness. But what can we do when it makes problems? For example when the nerve get shorter or tighter and feels bad when popping over the bone back and forth. Thx
I think my cubital tunnel syndrome was caused by humerus repair surgery after a major break in a car wreck. I really want to get off Gabapentin and avoid surgery.
I had 2 doctor's say that I had both tennis and golfers elbow but I think they are wrong. I am not a doctor, but, after doing my own research, I have determined that this may be my problem. Whenever I sleep, my arms are tucked under my head and my right arm starts to hurt at the elbow and then my arms goes numb from the elbow to my fingers. I also try sleeping on my back with my arms bent across my stomach and it happens. I try to not sleep with bent arms and it is not comfortable. Lastly, I am in a manual wheelchair. Could over use of my arms from pushing contribute to my problem?
Hey there. I wish I could tell you what you have, but I need to do a physical examination to figure out more. I’m sure it’s very frustrating to get different things from different doctors but if it helps you feel any better it’s a very common experience.
Hi, I armwrestle as a hobby and got injured when my hand was supinated palm up position and it went side ways (externally rotated). I felt something jerked or moved around my elbow and it has been 7 months and I still can't find the problem. The most pain comes when I try to internally rotate my arm while bent (45 degree and below) and/or with ulnar deviation and with wrist flexion. My entire hand and arm will shake with weakness when applying pressure this way. Could it be the ulnar nerve compression or tendon issue.
That’s a good question. I would not know unless I was able to assess and examine you. You are welcome to come see me. We have people fly in from all over for this type of thing
Thanks a good question. We would need to perform an assessment to see about what to do. You are welcome to come see us. We see people with this type of thing very often and can probably help. Hello.Where can I write you for some extra information regarding this subject.Your video was very helpful and well made.I have problems with my ulnar nerve that appeared suddenly 3 years ago.I went to doctors and took some medication and from then now I can say I am like 90% healed. The thing is this healing process was slow but the symptoms are still very anoying for me given the fact that I practice MMA.I just want to know if there is any chance that with time this problem will fully heal.I am now 20 years old and I ve had it since 17.Cheers
Hi! I had this last week. I feel so weak when I workout my left arm and I feel tingles and numbess in my pinky finger and half of my ring finger. I don't feel any pain tho. It's so frustrating. I stopped working out my left arm for now and it feels good, I still feel tingles in my pinky and ring finger tho, not as much as last week. Do you think I will ever heal from this? How long? Love the video btw!
Some people improve over the course of the week with the correct care. We have met others how have it for years. It all depends on WHY you have it (since it is a symptom of something) and HOW FAST you address it. Lots of variables in how people fair in their recovery. If you want some help figuring out what to do just set up a consultation www.p2sportscare.com/
Hi, thanks, this one was very educational. The first specialist who mentioned that the golfer's elbow can originate from tennis! (that's exactly what happened to me)

Thanks for the comment. Will put the subluxation owner nerve topic on the video to do list. Cheers
Can you have both? I have cubital tunnel syndrome but also the bone there is so painful to touch and I get swelling
Maybe but one tends to be an effect of the other

I think your right
I have cubital tunnel a whole year later. I feel it throughout the day, sometimes I feel fine, but then it flares up. Will this ever go away???
Perhaps. I’d need to know specifically about your case to know more
I need exercises to help with cubital tunnel syndrome please. Trying to avoid surgery
In so sorry to hear that. Would you be able to come in so we can look at it before we make suggestions?
