This is just a little GI Joe Custom project I have been meaning to do for a while. Overall, I would say this took me about a day to complete. PS I meant "Dirt Bike," not motorbike.
That's pretty cool, a Ford Raptor used as a fast attack vehicle for counterinsurgency ops. However, thin skinned vehicles don't last long on combat situations, better for scouting.
It's like a high end version of a Technical Vehicle. Go look at some of the technicals that were made in Syria, Iraq, and Libya. They made some crazy combinations with a pick up truck.
you did a fantastic job on this pick up! no matter how I try, I can t find those in my toys r us. I have seen pics of jeeps and humvees though, they look great. I hope you grab and do some of those as well. those figs are just designed for cobra abuse, alley vipers will have a blast!
Very nice custom… Good practical application… I agree with several of the comments. I’d use it as an upgraded insurgent technical funded by Cobra. Or as a Joe general purpose vehicle for use at the main HQ; troop/ammo transport out to the ranges, troop transport between blogs/outposts, training exercises…
Good coverage! I really like that brand of vehicles. I bought the modern Bronco and found it kind of bulky, but I’m going forward with it anyway because it’s a lot better than the extreme prices and extreme difficulty of working with diecast. Thanks for doing this vid.
Looks nice. To be honest though, I'd probably take one of those toys to make into an enemy technical to be used by factions like Cobra, Hydra, or any generic Middle-Eastern or eastern European terrorist group. I'd like to see what one of those trucks look like with an old Flak gun on the back.
Nice Job! Got an Adventure Team Raptor and going to do a custom job for my 10 year son who is now GI Joe crazy. What paint did you use? I'm a long time armor modeler, so I may have that shade on hand. Get back to me when you can
I recently found a Raptor Truck at a thrift shop and I plan on customizing it soon. I have a few questions though. How did you swap the wheels and what wheels did you use?
The types of wheels used on the base Raptor are damn near impossible to get off. I ended up just using a bolt cutter to snap the axle. The wheels are taken from a Funrise GI Joe Humvee. I can’t remember, but the holes on the chassis may have been expanded with a drill bit.

Sweet molasses what an awesome custom
I use the adventure wheel figs for civilians and hostages 👌
Did something similar for my son, but I also cut a hole in the top and mounted the gun ring from the GI joe hammer.
Your son? Ok! 🤣
Great job on this vehicle bud! Looks so much better

From where you got that machine gun and the front bars on your custom?
Cool!
how were you able to remove the wheels? I have a jeep from the adventure force line and I am working on customizing it. Thanks! I loved the video!
Tim Burns Since I wasn’t going to use the original tires, I just used bolt cutters.

@@thehumanmechanismmk2545 Okay, i'll look into it. Thanks for sharing!
@@thehumanmechanismmk2545 Oh yeah one more thing. Where did you get that Bar with the lights on the front of the truck?
@@Error-pe3rq That was taken from a ‘The Corps!’ Humvee. The bottom lights were cut from an A-Team van.
@@thehumanmechanismmk2545 I appreciate it!
Which scale is that for ?
i guess you're wrong, this is way too special...
What scale size is this?
