Colby I love this new view into your farm life. I would love to see more about how you teach and train your just on the farm, and how you problem solve all the issues that come up with a farm. There's are so many Ins and outs to all the animal chores and farm jobs and it's a huge undertaking to make sure they learn and do their chores well and that new problems haven't popped up. I did not grow up on a farm or homestead and I'm doing my best to teach my daughters as I'm learning at the same time. Seeing how other believing families handle things is really helpful. I got to watch the first one and it is great I love all the other videos that you do they're very informative I am in my 70s and I'm disabled so this way I can get outside and enjoy the outdoors with you doing your chores and doing things..... Thank you for sharing. It brought back so many memories for me. We had a lot larger dairy but still the same basics essentially. We had a huge herd of milk cows. We had to get the cows up, milk, wash the barn, bottle feed the babies, then breakfast, shower, and off to school. We did have electric milkers. After school, snack, and right back to work in the barn. There were 5 of us kids. We did get to switch out and help Mom in the house and Dad gave us days off but no days off for him. It's a 7 days a week job, all year long with a dairy. I love your new channel and video! I love the Macs!! ❤❤

Colby, our weather in southwest Georgia is about the same as yours right now so I know how you are feeling before dawn. I’m amazed at all you and your family get done daily. I grew up on raw milk, butter and buttermilk. I was milking cows at age 8. We had chickens, cows and hogs. So I know the farm life. It’s great that you are home schooling your kids and are Christians. I like the new channel.
I think this is going to be a big hit. I was raised on a farm and do gardening now, but some people think its all just fun. Its a lot of time, money, and engery into homesteading, even on a small scale. I am 67 and still have to climb on roofs of my barns, plow gardens, and much more. I love my lifestyle and would not change a thing. Just waiting on the day we get heaven with new young bodies..lol thank you for sharing your family and life.
Farming for sustainability is not for the faint of heart. It definitely takes a 100 percent effort every single day. However the benefits that we have learned along the way is way more valuable.
I am also a “creature of habit” & OCD person. If anything gets changes around I feel like my whole day is off. With an autistic adult child routine & consistency is necessary. I hit the ground running (literally). Once my son my chores & animals are all taking care of I hit the kitchen & listen to my programs. I don’t have many animals or big farm like you,wish I did ! God bless & stay the course in faith !

All our girls and now our grandkids show angus beef Cattle at our our country fair every year, our oldest daughter showed a herferd her firsts year , good money for them to save for their first car and college 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
