    You should mix the mica with a bit of 99% Isopropyl Alcohol and mix it in some soap, so it doesn't makes lumps, and don't forget to spray the soap with 99% Isopropyl Alcohol to prevent air bubbles in the final result ☺️

    M - n - P can be so much fun, though I avoid buying the soap base from big box craft stores bcz they contain sodium laurel sulphates or sodium laureth sulphates. Every now and then they will have a " detergent - free " soap base on their shelves and I'll buy those instead. Have to read the ingredient list! These are very pretty soaps! Nicely done!

    • @GinaMichele
      @GinaMichele  Рік тому +2

      That's good advice- I didn't think to check the ingredients!

      @@GinaMichele The soap is beautiful, but if you have sensitive skin, you'll feel a difference. There are detergent -free soap bases out there, but most are online - I hate shipping costs. Have fun soaping!

      Most of the bigger Candle supply stores sell Detergent free soap. It’s actually preferred.

    These are lovely! However, when I attempted this process the end result was underwhelming. The mica simply clumped together and sat in a powdery mess on the top of the soap.
