      40 pounds, static and high rep day. Next week will be a heavy week.

      In my opinion you need table practice. I usually do once a week, sometimes once in two weeks. Than I train with weights 2 to 3 times a day. I am extreme but trying to level up faster. Training Armwrestling specifs with weights is for sure key but try to get at least 1 table practice in a month with an experienced puller. If you are new, don't pull with new pullers. They will hurt you.

      I have 3 years experience. Competed in 5 tournaments. I have not done max on this position.
