Eccentric Handle is my favorite one. Having a strong hand is the most important part in Armwrestling. I wish I trained it more in the beginning when I started.

@@ArmwrestlingShowcase I like all of it! side pressure is such a strange beast, so many little cues you can add to focus on one part or other of the side pressure system. Similar to a puzzle.

I train every part of the body. Very difficult to win without having side pressure strength. Needs to be trained. No way around it.

It can but I don't reccomend it. Chance foe injury is high with dumbell. This is safer.

@@ArmwrestlingShowcase tell me why armwrestling has been around for over 50 years and still hasn't gone mainstream 🤣🤣....meanwhile Slapfighting came about a few years ago and it has EXPLODED to worldwide TV 😉 It's because ARM. WRESTLING. SUCKS.

I appreciate your points and they are valid. I look at armwrestling as a sacred sport that's been around for a very long time. It doesn't need to go mainstream for it to be relevant or valid. I like that it's still considered an underground sport. At top levels like king of table, east vs west, they are making very good money for 1 match. This is just how I look at it.

I am not allowed to say the numbers. For privacy. John Brzenk told me how much he got for his king of table matches. It's more than you think. You would be surprised. Devon is also making bank.
