Thanks for this information. I’m currently in the process of getting my golden visa through another company. Regarding the sound quality issue, consider adding something to your room to dampen the echos. Or get a clip on microphone that is closer to your mouth.

Hi, My husband and I are US residents living in the US. We secured a bank account in Portugal, and NIF in 2022 as we had considered getting a D7 visa. However, we would prefer the golden visa option, especially under the $280 program. Are we too late if the program expires soon?

Is the 280,000 euro property investment program possible for Golden Visa in 2023?

Nice video, however avoid using echo chamber for future videos.
Also Days Inn must be nice in Europe since it would barely be 3 stars in US.

Thanks for the feedback! Yes, I’m not happy with the audio quality at the moment but will look at improving that in future 👍🏼
Days Inn is a rather unknown brand in Europe, there are currently very few hotels operating under that concept here

How long does it take if you invest with donation? Is it the same time frame, 5-7 years? Do you know if they can be used with other residences?

when you say a clean criminal record, do you mean for the last 5-10 -20 years, or is it life time?

That can depend based on severity of the offence. If you drop me an email with the details I will come back to you privately
(Edit: UA-cam doesn’t like email addresses in the comments, I’ll place it in the description above)

Is the process any faster with the 250k donation route for arts ?

Hi - no, Golden Visa applications undergo the same process regardless of the investment route chosen. However, different visa types (D7, HQA...) do carry different processing times.

Real estate speculation by foreigners in Portugal is making life Impossible for locals...

    • @jonathanralphcitizenship

Not in the commercial space, as with these investments.
It is easy (and popular) to blame foreign investment for rising house prices, but that is a gross oversimplification. There are several underlying causes.

@@jonathanralphcitizenship not comercial areas, areas that became comercial because this real estate speculation drove the people out of this áreas.. international real estate speculation os not the only reason but is the most important one.... @@luisfilipe534 if you watch the videos on this channel, you will see that our investment cases do not concern residential real estate. These are commercial investments in long-standing hotels, office spaces etc. that do not contribute to the housing bubble. Whilst I agree that the issue of housing accessibility is a problem in Portugal, our work in this space is simply not a factor.
