Part of Ceilin caved in outside on Landin 11 Sept 2022

I was doin a Jigsaw Puzzle on ma Ipad coz i cudnt sleep wit Insomnia & i herd a crash bang in te Hallway & te 1st layer of te Ceilin had com down on te Landin & te Stairs so i tuk a Vid of it wich am gona send it wit an Email 2 te Housin that it needs repairin urgently. I dont no but i think that otha bit is gona com down as well & ther will be a hole.
