I’ve owner 4 Scars, 2 pre-nrch and 2 post-nrch 17/16s. Its a fine rifle, but gimicky in the fact I cannot suppress them without fucking the BCG and cracking the rear receiver

Idk sounds stupid and seems like its an outdated and/or inferior system to me. Personally why spend all that cash on one rifle when i could use that to buy multiple other premium rifles, upgrades or tons of ammo.
I don’t think SCAR customers are shopping PSA. PSA is good but not excellent. PSA is inexpensive which I like. Much better quality than super cheap BCA products.

The Daggers had trigger pins walk out on day one, and on all the above guns mentioned, machining issues still plague them.
This is the innovation we need in the industry. This is a breath of fresh air from the long standing, over priced 'buffer tube era' platforms. Congrats PSA.

At the beginning of the year I said, “I want one of those PSA Jakls.” After Shot Show I said, “I need a 5.56 Jakl, the 7.62 Jakl, the Enhanced Sabre AR, the Sabre Dagger (maybe two), and the bolt action series. You guys are doing a great job! Now can you maybe build some belt fed 7.62s and a .50 bolt action? 🙏🏻

Super excited for their DMR variant! It's like a SCAR, except this is what everyone actually wants. That, and suppressing it doesn't void the warranty. Great job as always, PSA, it'll go great with my Sabre 110.
If it's functional out of the box without hundreds of dollars worth of upgrades, then it will unironically be better then the SCAR for probably less then half the price. Also I'm willing to bet that suppressing it won't void the warranty. Don't get me wrong. The SCAR is a cool rifle, but the guys at FN must be smoking crack if they think it's worth 4 grand.
Im convinced that if they get this really dialed in with improvements and solid qc, that this could be their flagship line. Its the affordable scar/bren 2 thats available as well. Brens are fairly priced but hard to find in us.

It's still mind boggling that it costs what it does. Don't ever change PSA. You ARE the firearms manufacturer of WE, THE PEOPLE. Any chance we might one day see an OLCAN bullpup chassis for the 308 calibers? Would be phenomenal to see a 308 caliber in a short configuration. Bullpups are fantastic for battle rifles

If you guys are doing P&W will you consider lighter mount adapter compatibility? Love my Jakl but the dead air keymo adds considerable weight to an already front heavy gun. (I’m fine with keymo on my Sabre)
Have the FN SCAR 17 NRCH and i love it. Shoots soft, recoils like a 5.56, easy to field strip and clean, ergonomic, folding stock that still fires with the stock folded. Pricey yes. But so are Rolex watches and Ferarris.
I hope you’re addressing all the issues discovered in the recent trex arms 5000rd review. I was all set to jump on the hall bandwagon until I saw that there are some serious QC issues that need to be dealt with first. What assurance do you have that those issues will be resolved?

Have owned both versions of the SCAR 17, and it was cool. But breaking when running a suppressor, really turned me off of them. Was hoping to get a Bren 2 7.62 or the Jakl. Hope it fairs good. One of the few items im actually excited to get my hands on

I heard a rumor of you guys making a slightly not AR compatible one to go along with a colab lower from IRG for the canadian market. Please do it! I can tell you for certain that if you bring a semi auto 308 up here that isn't a defective POS and costs less than $3000 it'll sell like hot cakes. We're not allowed to shoot humans for any reason and our animals are BIG so 5.56 guns are just plinkers to us. With Chinese M14 clones getting banned the only 308 options we have are Tavor 7s that get scalped for $4k and B&Ts retailing for $6200. The domestically made options are all POS' (some times dangerously so) and they price match the $4000 Tavors! You'd own the game up here for semi 308s.
Americans wanted cz bren 2 in 308 for so long they made one themselves. Great to see this hole on the market filled. I'm interested if it will bring down the scar prices.
Got a pof pd for my battle rifle, but just ordered a jakl kit in 300 BO. Pof is light weight for what it is and its amazing, going to be my scar 17 replacement. But I love my other psa stuff, rooting for ya jakl 308, but definitely don't be stupid and give it some cold war era/sig m7 rifle weight. No body should be rocking a 9.2lb battle rifle before its even loaded and has optics/light weight added in 2024.
