I remember Electra Woman and Dyna Girl!! In the US, Deidre Hall played Electra Woman before she became a famous soap opera actress on Days of our Lives.
Hi Alex, I have been watching your videos for a while and what I admire the most about you is that you have remain “humble” all this time. Yes, money could do wonders but a caring heart is priceless. Much success, Yvette
Alex is in Colorado ...where it can snow at anytime in October ---same as in WEST Edmonton mall---the wave pool might freeze over ---allowing skating...... am in ParAdise Washington...where its thick fog today
Alex thank you!!! I love feeling like I'm just hanging out with you! I also love that you teach as you go. Very cool place. I love the peacock 🦚 lamp!!! And no clue on Electra
Alex, you need to carry a small blacklight flashlight in your pocket when you go antique hunting. That way you can check the green depression glass because some of it glows and some does not and it is not always easy to tell just by looking at it. I recently bought a green depression glass lidded compote at a yard sale. When I got home I checked it and the bottom of it glowed like crazy but the lid, made out of the same color glass, did not glow at all. Thanks for sharing this fun tour of the antique mall. I am sorry you didn't find anything there to take home with you.
Great. "ElektraWoman and DynaGirl". Not only is it familiar, but now I have that theme song stuck in my head. Sheesh. I probably haven't gone down THAT particular road in maybe 2 or 3 decades. LOL! (And no, I NEVER watched it.)
I loved Electra Woman & Dyna Girl! was bit before your time, in the 70s, because I was really young when it came out. Krofft had all kinds of weird shows in the 70s, Lidsville, HR Puffnstuff, Sigmund & the Sea Monsters and Land of the Lost (which is likely the most famous). At one point, the Krofft brothers even had a theme park in Atlanta in what would eventually become the CNN building. Love this big shop, I wish they had more Halloween antique masks and decor. But for sure the day of the dead sugar skull was cool as well as the large one near it. I liked that light up peacock, and then something I researched that isn't antique, the spouting whale wall clock which was by Allen Designs.
We live right by this mall. We go all the time. It's just so fun to explore. We occasionally find good deals. We spend hours in there and it's impossible to see it all. Glad to know you love it too.
Yes, I remember Electra woman and Dyna girl wow, way oh wow that is that that takes me back a little bit. Actually this weekend Sunday is my birthday makes me 67 yrs old.
That's a real cool antique mall Alex..😮 Thanks for taking us along with you..😍 My Nephew and Niece used to live in Co.Springs Co. It's a nice place to live..😊 You should go check out Pikes Peak.. Have fun.. Take care..👍💕🔥👊
Electrawoman and Dynagirl was a TV show I barely remember as I was born in 1971 but I do remember electrawoman was played by actress Deidre Hall who played on the soap opera Days of our lives. I use to see it on TV early in the morning.
OMG the insides of that mall is so similar to a mall in southern Sweden, Förmedlingscentralen. Unfortunately, they aren't selling antiques anymore, but that place hold some fond childhood memories of mine. They had the weirdest stuff! :D
I used to live in Colorado as a little girl and one of my favorite memories was actually going to get honey from our local antique/boutique shop. Brings back memories!🍯🐝
Hello Alexander, this video dropped just when I needed something to do at 2am. You're covering several nice markets whilst in Colorado. Always like to tag along. If you keep finding Pyrex, you'll be buying it. Give some to Heather or Stephen. 😮
I have the gooseberry Pyrex bowl set. The set you found previously only had three bowls. There are four. Two pink bowls with a white design and two white with the design in pink. The set you found was missing the smallest bowl. That antique mall looks like lots of fun.
Lots of nice stuff, Alex. I had one exactly like that ceramic Christmas tree and it got accidentally broken earlier this year, not by me. I was heartbroken as it was made for me back in the 1980’s by an elderly lady who gave it to me as a gift. I know it’s only a materialistic thing. Oh well. I’m on the lookout for another one. Nice things there. Thank you.☺️👍
Hi Alex for more antique shops in the USA check Vintage bombshell, Laura Caldwell & XO, MaCenna they do a lot of vintage shopping . Thanks for sharing your fun job and passion.
Interesting tour round the antique store. I do like the uranium glass ware. Hardly see it now in UK those pieces were a great price shame you didn't buy them.
My Uncle Frank was a designer for many years for a design company. . He designed many things...airplane seats, wine glasses, furniture, toys....and he and my aunt had that same white and red table and chairs in their house.... I remember going there for Christmas dinner/gift time for years and 1 year they had this set in one of their seating/eating areas and they had navy blue/white stripes on their wall...... I thought it was the coolest thing. They also had the table and chairs which were barrels for the chairs and a big barrel table in their pool room/bar...so cool....It was the 70's and I was about 15... Yes, I remember the Sid and Marty Krofft show and the Electra Woman and dynagirl lunchboxes. I was about 14, 15 at that time. I believe they made up Land of the Lost... I loved to make fun of it... hokey yes, but i loved it.. I even remember the show song.
Alex, sometimes these videos are like watching TV with my dad as he scans with the remote. I find myself saying "Wait! Go Back!!" 🤣🤣🤣 Looks like a great shop!!!
Danny Michael's and the Rebel Playboys were a band that played at George Round Up in LA California back in the 60s. Nobody seems to know what happened to the motorcycle and Lincoln. It belonged to the owner of the bar....George Underwood...the value of the Harley back then was approximately $25,000...worth a lot more today probably lol
Electro-Woman and Dyna-Girl! SAturday morning as part of the Sid and Marty Krofft Super Show, featuring a pre-DAYS OF OUR LIVES Gloria Loring as Electro-Woman!
Hi. Another suggestion besides Stillwater, MN is the Pottery Place Antiques in Red Wing, MN. The Red Wing Pottery building was converted to a very large antique shop. I believe it's the largest in Minnesota.
Electra Woman & Dyna Girl was a show from the 70s, starring Diedre Hall as EW. She is better know today as playing Dr. Marlena Evans Black on Days of our Lives for 40+ years. Fans of either show would get a kick out of that lunch box.
Just a little info for you. The gold Lincoln and the gold Harley orignally were owned by Goegous George a early tv star wrestler from the 50 and 60s. The Car and Motorcycle used to be on display in his bar Georges Roundup on Anaheim street in Wilmington California. The Car and Motorcycle were bought from his estate by collecters.
12:52 Does anyone else think the girl on the bike looks a lot like Melissa? (Alexander noticed the bike - guess he didn't agree) Went hunting a little myself today. Found zero. The ReStore had a Zac Posen dress for $2, but it was made for Target. (boo) 06:16 Saw one of those chairs at a church sale on Friday. The plastic was six kinds of damaged though. Kept walking.
It’s probably too late, but you could have carried those Pyrex bowls in your carry on . Wrap them up well … I would have . And those prices on the uranium glass, oh my !
My first real job my boss had a rotary phone in his garage. Every time the power went out in the neighborhood which was often he had the only phone that worked.
I'm sure the car and the bike on the record cover were done by tailor Nudie Cohen. He was famous for creating the rhinestone covered outfits worn by the stars like Porter Wagner. He also did a car every year too.
At first I thought he said "The *booze* is 25% off" and was a little surprised. Then I thought about it and realized he said "The booths are 25% off" 🤣
Hey Alex..is your videos outta order..your last video your home already..just asking..im gonna watch them anyways..i love your videos..god bless and take care Alex and family
The sport watch set had a Cleveland Indians watch; they are now the Cleveland Guardians, so that watch will be worth more since the name change of the team.
I thoroughly enjoyed walking with you and looking at all the cool items...thank you for that...🥰🥰
Alex must concentrate on smaller stuff oh look an anvil! 😂❤🏴
Lol
Come on down to Denver! Old crows and Colorado antique gallery have lots of great stuff to dig through
I remember Electra Woman and Dyna Girl!! In the US, Deidre Hall played Electra Woman before she became a famous soap opera actress on Days of our Lives.
The theme song always kind of reminded me of one of the sections of the "Band on the Run" song ("If I ever get out of here").
Thanks for the tour Alex. That's a great place, very interesting to look around.😀
The lunchbox was so interesting! Dynagirl was on Room 222- from 1970. Yes, I'm that old😂

You two are my faves specially the adjusting, perfectionist videos 😊
Thanks for the tour Alexander ❤
Awesome tour thnx

That anvil would have fit perfectly in your suitcase!

Awesome video, love that marvelous Mike tractor!
Love the channel
My wife and I live in Colorado Springs and just visited there a few days ago. One of our favorite things to do together.
I have spent several hours in this place when I go and visit my family. You could stay all day and till find new things!
Loved the Kroft Supershow. I was 7 years old approx when it aired. fun stuff.
OMG the insides of that mall is so similar to a mall in southern Sweden, Förmedlingscentralen. Unfortunately, they aren't selling antiques anymore, but that place hold some fond childhood memories of mine. They had the weirdest stuff! :D
Dino girl was a awesome kid show in the 70's...love the walk through ❤❤❤❤
Ooohhh the peacock is GORGEOUS ❤
Why do you always give me a belly laugh🤣
Great video! This is my favorite store of all😮
I used to live in Colorado as a little girl and one of my favorite memories was actually going to get honey from our local antique/boutique shop. Brings back memories!🍯🐝

Another great video 😊. Bye for now 👋🏼
Hey! The Last booth with the giant sugar skull was mine! :) Thanks for stopping by!
You had a cool booth!
I always wanted to make me a compass from a ship’s lamp. 😅

You can make your own at ceramic stores where you do your own. My wife did one last year, because the one my aunt made for us got broke.
I remember Electra Woman and Dyna Girl. I have some viewmasters discs of them somewhere. 😅 The old lunch boxes are cool.
Hi Alex for more antique shops in the USA check Vintage bombshell, Laura Caldwell & XO, MaCenna they do a lot of vintage shopping . Thanks for sharing your fun job and passion.
We live in Colorado Springs, and love going to this mall!
Hi Marilyn, Alex didn’t show my 2 Booths at American Classics this round, But I live here too!!!❤
Interesting tour round the antique store. I do like the uranium glass ware. Hardly see it now in UK those pieces were a great price shame you didn't buy them.
I like the peacock 🦚 I wouldn't buy it but it was neat.

Alex, sometimes these videos are like watching TV with my dad as he scans with the remote. I find myself saying "Wait! Go Back!!" 🤣🤣🤣 Looks like a great shop!!!
Wow, I think I just spotted Franciscan ware dishes. My mom had a set we always used on Thanksgiving ❤!
I actually just realized today that my mom has a whole 1950's pyrex set! Definitely gonna try to talk her into selling it.😆
I always find it interesting When you do Talk about people can learn a lot And I say that because I did.
And I've learned so much from Your videos😊

I don't remember Elektra but I do remember HR PufnStuf, another show from Marty Kroft.

Hi. Another suggestion besides Stillwater, MN is the Pottery Place Antiques in Red Wing, MN. The Red Wing Pottery building was converted to a very large antique shop. I believe it's the largest in Minnesota.
I used to love watching Electra woman and Dyna girl. I still remember the Theme song.
Been there many times 😊
Lol I live here! Too bad would have loved to meet you and love that mall.!

I hope you went to the Dragonmans Museum while you were in Colorado Springs.
A bag full of wrist watches is only strange, if the hands are still attached... ;-)
👍👍👍
Owen Wilson and I share a birthday, but I'm a year older😂
Yay a Cubs watch 😮
Love your videos. Just to let you know that spiral phone cords started to be used in the 50's, not the 30's. Sorry if I misunderstood you.
Just a little info for you. The gold Lincoln and the gold Harley orignally were owned by Goegous George a early tv star wrestler from the 50 and 60s. I found things I didn't even know I would love
❤😊😎
When you travel back to Canada do you have to declare all your purchases and pay customs duty?
Colorado is a wonderful place, just too expensive these days. I sure had a blast working estate sales there
12:52 Does anyone else think the girl on the bike looks a lot like Melissa? (Alexander noticed the bike - guess he didn't agree) Went hunting a little myself today. Found zero. Alex you can buy anything you want I know someone has shipped the whole house by UPS kind of pricey though to do that but they'll take anything
The Lincoln and Bike belonged to owner of the place Danny Michaels and his band played, George's Roundup.

Yes I was happy
