I think it’s Juno to be honest but as a background stage bot as capture difficulty is none. I could be wrong.
Mini-Bomber is on Neo in one of the shops.

@@BigBadDiceI get ask this all the time, Its at end of the game cant miss it. If you fight it and don't scan, you can retry the fight.
