Wander, Flutter are examples of some verbs where stress is on first syllable. Love your way of teaching. You are a natural. Ami tomar theke onek boro boyeshe. Nijey ekjon teacher of english. Here you said that Wander and Flutter are a verb and you said that here stress on the first syllable .
But Sir ,
My question is why?
Because in this video Sir told that according to the Rule No 2 - Word ( verb/ preposition) -2 Syllable
For this case we should to use Stress in Second Syllable

Kintu nijeder amra khub harshly judge kori. Keu bhul english bolle mukh tipey hashi. Never never judge yourself young man. Egiye jao, parbe. English is a beautiful language. You will discover so many gems as you pass through. ❤️❤️

Democracy এর syllable de-mo-cra-cy কিভাবে হলো? ওখানে তো d🅔m🅞cr🅐c🅨 এর "o" এবং "a" ‌vowel এর মাঝে দুটো consonant আছে,, তাহলে তাদের মাঝে syllable হল না কেনো?

Sir Democracy টা De - moc - ra - cy হবে যেহেতু o এবং a এর মাঝখানে দুটি consonant আছে (cr) । তাই সেই হিসেবে তো তাদের মাঝখানে ভাগ হওয়ার কথা।
