Carlos, have you tried Biocide100 with some CLO² biobombs minis or the tablet for the can (clorine dioxide) to sanitize and clean all the mold? I have use it and it's amazing.

As a Dealership detailer nope they didnt handle that car properly. Ive had 3 cars brought to me to be detailed AFTER they bought one of the cars. I gave the vehicle much more than a detail from a Dealership would normally get because my mentality is if it no longer belongs to a Dealership its no longer a Dealership detail. Now the mentality is outside customer. That is a totally different animal. Im sorry your customer experienced this. But Im glad you were able to correct it properly. Looked GREAT!!
