Good Job Carlos! I never tell the customer I will remove all scratches. I tell them I will reduce or remove scratches. If you can catch the scratch with your finger nail, it is probably too deep to remove. You can only remove scratches into the clear coat. Deeper scratches will require paint. Whatever you do, it will be better.
Hey Carlos!! Ask her to look into the Dr. color chip stuff. I had a similar situation and with their touch up kit process it worked wonders. Great video!
I did a couple scratches on a customer's car before and she was tickled and amazed. I couldn't catch the scratches with my finger nail so it was pretty easy but still.
@@serranosmobile the way you did it was a great way. And good tutorial on how to correct. Insurance is a pain and who knows if the rates will go up? And paint shop will rape you. It was just a hypothetical question. Thanks bud 😎 🤝
Great video bro. I just took a class for wet sanding with Robyn from RUPES. Happy Anniversary to you both🫡💯marriage is honorable! Keep doing your thing bro

For your information. The color code is usually on the information tag on the driver side door jam.

Great video Carlos. Very good advice for us diving into repairing paint damage. I see you’re making good use of that paint gauge, glad it helps.

Dr ColorChip has pretty good kits to deal with scratches.
@@diablo2077 yes they do
Nice work! I hope to see the follow-up video of this car for the paint correction. I am curious how you are going to cover up the scratches.

I’ve heard that song LOS. Sang by Rod Stewart then redone by many artist including one of my favorites: Sheryl Crow👀

@williamsanders1296 Amazon well it was a gift
Good content, if per se it wasn’t correctable. Can’t insurance come in? And fix it. Also; damn it does look hot.
@jayp9450 insurance yes, some just don't want to pay the deductible or have their insurance go up
