- "Estonian Battalion" is a song written by Hillar Erma during World War II in 1944. It was originally dedicated to Estonian soldiers of the Estonian Volunteer Army Grenadier Battalion "Narva" and the 5th Armored Division "Wiking", but later the song's lyrics were changed by Hillar Erma to "and the Nevel's Marshes and Cherkasses". in memory of those who fought under Nevel.

Since this video has more English viewers than Estonian I will explain it. The song is the Narva battalion song. It's the original version not the one from the band "Untsakad". In the video I have added a few Estonian Nordic flag pictures. The first one is the flag with the Estonian SS battalion logo. The second and third pictures are the poster of the flag. The original was made in 1919. The second is an improved one by me. The last picture has a poster from the 1930. which shows all the variant flags used in Estonia. The one one the right is made by me and shows what the flags would look like if Estonia adopted the cross flag.

This sounds like a Estonian version of "Zem mūsu kājām"
Song and march of Legion Condor in Spain, after it goes to all Waffen SS include Estonian (Narva Battalion, 20 SS-E1), Latvian (Zem mūsu kājām, 19 SS-L2), Norwegian (Pa Wikings, 5 SS-N1) and so on. You my find Hungurian, Slovenian, Chech, Greek versions.
