Thank you mam,have been experiencing the pranic movement in my head and agna chakra happened during meditation process but now continuously experiencing .. don't know what does it lead to ..is it possible to reduce these or should i adjust to this..🙏🙏
While being in spiritual journey, there is a fear that comes : Am I on the right path or not , it feels like walking into complete strange path completely unknown ....not sure of that are we doing things correctly ,as if I want some validation or a guidance from a guru who can just make me sure I am being guided and watched...a lot of fear of unknown comes as becoming aware more about how our actions impact our life how we create hell for ourselves...there is fear that what else I am doing wrong what needs to be more corrected ....what if I unknowingly do something bad , what if I caught up in these psychic abilities as just an unknown person ... Is it also a loop of not believing in myself or just a way of growing.
If we have driven a highway for many years and suddenly decide to take a different road, one we have never taken before, and never use that highway again, it will be that the new road is a trampling path in the beginning and we may even have to cut it free or pave something. Before it becomes a road, it needs regular use. It may be that at first this is very tiring, difficult, and you sometimes resort to the faster way, the highway. It will take a long time before the footpath becomes the highway and the highway is brought back and grown over by nature. Namaste!
I feel like a ghost , walking dead. It is accompanied with loss of motivation. Am i going through a kundalini awakening? I took my blood tests and everything was normal.Also pressure in the crown.
There are these experiences in an awakening process but there are states of bliss, more cheerful states too. Maybe you will experience the bliss part later on
