Mam i am facing a lot of kundalini awakening symptoms earlier may be prolong with very long effects of insomia and after whhen it overs blissful overcome i became i. a very peacefull person but a steams of dark knight of soul period comes and due to that i think i cant be able to protect my energy it get lost as i got very huge struckness in a particular zone of my head i cant even able to study due to blocks if even feels that my left and right brain not in good coordination plz tell me the way to so that i could achieve that extreme blissfulness and proper functioning of my brain

Helllo mam i at my previous 6years ago just decided to start meditation i cant say what happens but bliss changes extraordinaly slowly and slowly something from head start ozzing out we belongs to north india part and at that time i start expanding my responsibility usually i was a very tired guy but due to meditation every thing changes After 2year at bottom point i feel some back pain and it became like very tough to face but i still did it constantly and afterward it start moving up.i faced insomnia for many days it goes out after a year again it changes into ultra level of bliss it now start strengthening my back it ultimately became power ful. Focus became extraordinary accompanied with naad dhvani. But due to inlarge focus i whenever got struck i start fillings my self with a lot of resentments. I face it for a year and now i face blokages i cant able to restraight my energyas it feels struckness to a paticular point of my head very intense. I cant able to clear it give me a way.

Thank you. So challenged with my second rising of kundalini (top down). Severe auto immune iillness. Psychic attacks from others and electronics have been an issue. Learnt ways yo counter and avoid but what you have explained to build prana is so very important. ❤ 🙏 So matter how hard I try I have been stuck and just treading water. I look forward to working with Hanuman for a time. Now to find the appropriate mantra.

I had a dream right before. Had two wolves approached me i was standing in a lake of water one was black other was white. One of them came to bite me . Then went through years of suffering my hardest years of my life.

I have experienced everything that you have described. Thank you for clarifying and expanding upon the vayus and chakras. I went into this process very ignorant of what was going to happen/ happening and why.

Thank you very much for this video because I'm going through a lot and no one is able to help me. The top down kundalini awakening hit me on the 22nd of May this year and my life has turned upside down. For the past 8 months I'm constantly wired to a lot of energy penetrating my crown chakra and combination of numerous health issues daily and I feel I'm in total darkness. At times even walking is difficult for me. I can't do my daily activities anymore even my spiritual teacher doesn't seem to know what is happening to me. My top down awakening is not gentle and slow but painful and forceful than anything I have experience in life. What can I do to eliminate these health issues?

I had elements of all three. Eventually I had realized I was doing too much and needed to not only stop working out for a few days but I had to only do the yoga in smaller portions because I was suffering from my own success and the dead blood and toxins were not circulating as quickly. Some helpful advise for anyone still going through it, it's ok to put things on pause because too much of anything can be a hinderance. Thank you for your videos on the subject it helped me a lot through out this experience with Kali/ Shakti. Sat Nam 🙏
