Mountain Goat Cave Makers

Mountain goats chew on rocks to extract mineral salts to calm their digestive system. They spend hours each day in spring and summer dislodging rocks. The result is a number of caves and ledges that the goats use to shelter from rain and snow.

I'm truly fascinated with the way they lived on a mountain it's dreadful to see them on the steep sloops unmindful of dangers to their lives.
