After going through many heartbreaks, I thought I would grow old and alone. Last summer, this beautiful song played while I walked down the aisle to meet the love of my life, and begin our journey together as husband and wife. I’ve waited a hundred years, and I’ll wait a million more for him.

I was almost there 🥲I thought I got the tickets in december but it turns out I made a mistake and never went to the checkout page... and I realized this on the train to London on the evening of the show.
Anyway we've got tickets to the May show and I cannot wait to see the man that has shaped my taste in music more than anyone else!

It's kind of bizarre, seeing the person attached to the music that has been with me for almost a decade now and that means so much to me... and seeing how regular that person looks. Hope that doesn't sound offensive, I really don't mean it that way, I just mean that he looks like a normal person in normal clothing, not a crazy rock/pop star. Obviously I expected that, he's not that kind of musician, but it just feels weird.
To me, he's one of the greatest and most famous people alive right now.
And yet he's just a dude in a baseball cap. Who makes funny faces when he concentrates on playing the piano, just like I do.
If coming to the UK this spring was even remotely an option, I'd go. I hope the people who can be there have a wonderful time, but from what it looks like, they definitely will :)
