This is really a training video for sales people to learn which models to sell to customers. I wanted to know how to use all the high performance cooking modes for the oven: convection bake, TruConvec, convection roast, etc.
Love my 20 year old open burner Viking. I can take the entire top apart and give it a good scrub in the sink. I'd love to try the 7 series with the pedestal burners, but in my experience, nothing beats an open burner for heat distribution. And I agree about everything you say about gas vs electric ovens. I have the all gas range and a separate electric Gaggenau electric oven. I use them for different things. Love the quick heating and the moistness of the gas oven and the true convection of the electric. Also, nothing beats the gas broiler in the gas range. It's truly like a restaurant salamander.
All my Viking Electrical appliances have quality problem. Refrigerator , dish washer, stove and oven are all Viking. Each of them has quality problem. One crack appeared on the refrigerator inside after 3 months of purchase. Oven lost the timing function after 2 months of purchase. The detergent box of dish washer didn’t open sometimes and had to wash twice. Refrigerator kept breaking down after repair. Viking is really a NIGHTMARE . Never buy that brand. Who can tell me how to get compensation for that?

My viking range broke twice with-in the first year my fridge is now on its 5TH REPAIR DO NOT BUY VIKING
