I really like the fact of a company doing this. Keeping in touch with their first customer, acknowledging that they started from the ground up.

Why is this not viral? Such a lovely video, and I'm happy I stumbled upon it.

Absolutely beautiful story. To think that you’re working so hard on your dream and when you’re so ready to throw in the towel here comes someone that sees your dream and encourages you to continue. That’s is something that is priceless. And the best part is that Viking never forgot and continues remember and value it’s roots.

Outstanding story! She knew what she wanted and would not settle for anything less. Bravo! I am of more modest means so when we bought our new home years ago it came with and standard builders stove. I wanted a nicer range so after a few years I got the range I wanted. A very nice LG.

Love my Viking range--the best range I have ever used. Mine is 20+ years old and I recently called Viking for a replacement thermostat. Thanks for inventing this range!!

THAT!! Is a cool story!! She is truly the first woman of Viking! If one of my costumers were responsible for the launch of my business into the stratosphere. That woman would get whatever she wanted!...for life! And it doesn’t look like Viking has forgotten her!! Very cool Viking!! Very cool!!

What a great story. Still using the double oven premier and gas cooktop I spec’d as upgrades to my current townhouse when it was a new build in 2007. Builder said “ we use Wolf appliances in our bigger builds so I want you to show me this $8000 oven when I come by to do your punchlist.” The deal I made with him was that I wouldn’t spec any upgrades that wouldn’t fit in the cuts he’d already made (was a year before the mortgage crisis so even though the market wasn’t as crazy as it is right now during coronavirus I still had made him an offer only 5000 short of asking)-so I’m ready now to do the rangetop I couldn’t back then. Came across this while looking for that. Very sad Viking doesn’t make a 48 inch range or rangetop configured with four burners, a griddle AND chargrill anymore. I think it’s probably available in the 60 inch like this lady in the video has but I need to do this in an island (which I know is less than ideal but that’s what I have to work with) that currently has a 36 inch cooktop in it. I probably have to look at capital culinarian or bluestar but Viking was my first choice (and probably capital and bluestar’s inspiration). They really are an enduringly functional alternative to the whole Star Trek smart appliance fad.

We women love all our Kitchen tools. As a connoisseur of fine cars we also love a beautiful stove built well and serves us extremely well far better than the junk at the big box stores.

I am so enjoying my RED series 7 VIKING! It is a dream. First meal cooked on it was December 28, 2020. It definitely is a focal point. So easy to clean. I just took out of the oven blueberry muffins. Loving it.

Have had my VGSC3664QSS since 2001. I use it every day and I love it. Only thing I would do differently is to get the center griddle instead of the grill. The grill works fine, but it's such a pain to clean. So I'm motivated to grill outside to avoid the cleaning hassle.

I just got done conversing with a Viking Rep at our local Warners' Stellian store. He showed my training video of a 7300 and a 5300 with 2 other stove 1 burned the bottom of the paper plate the other just wasn't cooking but the 2 Viking made perfect chocolate chip cookie on a paper plate. He showed how on low flame the paper towel did not start on fire, very impressive. Buy the stove and pick between some othe awesome items worth up to 3k. Remember made in USA you get what you pay for.... Peace out.....

Glad you had good luck. I cannot even get Viking to answer a simple question. I was planning on getting a series 7 double with the French doors. However, if they can't take the time to answer one simple question it seems I will have to find someone else.

Move to Texas where they let you live the way you want to. I can't stand all that cold and I like the country life. But you live the way you want. Hope you are happy, God Bless.
