I would never ever take Ozempic. The problems that come with that drug is sometimes life threatening, it is for diabetics. I also lost 65 lbs on my own by tracking and working out at the gym 5 days a week.
@Gnabaj02 just tracking and gym workouts. Maybe if you're carb sensitive, lower those. But I do not have any real advice other than that. It took me a long time, almost two years to lose the weight. Lol I love to eat and maybe that's why. But congrats on losing the weight you have. Just do not put pressure on yourself. My cousin has diabetes and took that. It EFF’d her up. Her stomach now is paralyzed and cannot break food down. She has a feeding tube in her belly and cannot eat by mouth😞
@@DWPersianExcursionit can be. That’s how the drug works. It slows down gestation to make you feel fuller longer. The drug has a half life of 5-7 days which is why you can take it once a week. It takes about 5 weeks for it to leave your system.

My mom is a diabetic and took Ozempic. She almost died. At first she lost a lot of weight but she was nauseous all the time. Then she started throwing up, couldn't hold any food down. Then she started going into DKA (diabetic ketoacidosis) which is where you have too much acid in your blood you throw up blood and stomach acid every few minutes for days which can kill you. She developed a heart arrhythmia. I watched the ER try to shock her heart back in rhythm with a defibrillator while she was awake. Her heart stopped for a moment which was terrifying. Many catheterizations. In and out of the ER and constantly being admitted for 2 years. The last time she was admitted we found her naked and screaming on the floor in her home by herself. She had no idea who I was. She was in diabetic crisis and admitted into the ICU. So much more happened but I'm so traumatized from all that I try not to think about it. Of course, she's off it now and has gained all her weight back, now 300 lbs. I've seen what that stuff does to someone. It may happen to you like that or it may not. I would NEVER take that chance. If you are overweight you probably have at least high cholesterol levels. Maybe even pre diabetes (thats harder to get diagnosed ) . Also with extra weight you have higher chances of dying from heart attack or getting stroke. Your joints , especially knees will start to hurt earlier in the age than later from all that weight. You can get spine problems. Also higher chance of developing Alzheimers and increased risk of dementia (that also can develop earlier as well) . Maybe you should have listened to the doctor that probably cared . Just saying. And yeah: you cannot get prescribed semaglutide unless you are obese and have something worrisome in your chart or you have diabetes/ pre diabetes

Who the hell eats a sausage McGriddle and a hash brown while they are trying to lose weight, ??!! And then act like they ate nothing all day??!! A McGriddle is enough calories for 2 full days
A sausage McGriddle alone isn't even 500cal 🙄
Dem 😂 look hungry 😂😂😂😂 im slim thick and wanted to lose weight. I don't even like tek medication 😅 .I change my mind but happy for the ladies, at least they can feel confident .
Just go to the gym 😭
Weight was the fault of ignorance about the immense harm carbs inflict on the human body.
You are the ignorant one. Repeat after me......CARBS DO NOT MAKE YOU FAT!!!!!! I am literally a former trainer and nutritionist who happened to lose 100 pounds WHILE eating carbs. I also was a fighter who cut weight while eating carbs. You need to be better educated.
Carbs and fats for that matter are not harmful to the human body. Food additives and environmental contaminants are. Please read about ultra processed foods.
Most women will do anything to avoid accountability... and exercise.😂😂😂
Thinking ozempic is solely consumed by women is bizarre.
I think she meant disregard instead of discount..i could be wrong 🤷🏾♀️
They both mean the same thing depending on the subject
They are both similar in context. She was correct either way.
If I was obese, I would just get a gastric sleeve and work out and eat less. No medications needed.
As much as they make Gastic Bypass look like a dream it comes with just as many side effects! Lol your talking about taking a medication versus going through a surgery. Totally different
Babe, you still have to take meds or least vitamins the rest of your life. I know.
Foolish!
I went in the er for asthma two weeks ago. Stayed there for 9 days.. Now I am 5 ft 11"" tall and plus size.. 44" 38" 56 are my measurements..for my height I carry it well.. but this old j'ish doctor spent an hour trying to convince me to get on ozempic.. I spent the hour laughing and cussing her in Trinidadian twang cause you old bat I dont have diabetes and I don't want to lose the weight so extreme that I would be injecting myself every day. It's like saying I'm gonna take a Tylenol for a fungus on your foot.. smh..
Your measurements are huge. Do squats every day
@@FloreatmajestusWow. You couldn't find a different word than "huge?" 😆
@iambubblez you, my daaahling are f-ing gaaawgeous, gorgeous do you hear me babe, and your measurements are just fine, to hell with that old bat! Take it easy, don't be sleazy❤👻👾
10:04 baby you still popped a pill
I think it's a shot 😂
It's an injection.
Unprotected sex can get you in the club 😊
I take trulicity for my type 2 diabetes it's been the only thing that has hoped to lower my blood sugar in 5 years I don't know how it compares with ozempic I know that they're on the same family I guess when I first started my trulicity I did have a few of the side effects but nothing really bad I've been on it for well over a year Yes I lost some weight and not drastically so I wonder if that's why doctors aren't prescribing trulicity for weight loss
Trulicity?
@@alnisawilson lol yes... Damn talk to text
