Hey Kyle, is there a difference between Spike Lavender and regular Lavender Oil? Always enjoy your videos. Thank you!
While I am not an expert on this subject I do believe they are two different things. Spike Lavender is more suitable for use as a solvent or medium in painting, particularly in oil painting, where it can be used to thin paint and clean brushes. Regular Lavender Oil, on the other hand, is more commonly used for its fragrance and therapeutic properties. I recieve my Spike Lavender from the art supply brand Art Treehouse, they have an entire page dedicated to this product! arttreehouse.com/artstore/authentic-spike-lavender/
