You’re a good teacher to Anya, and I liked the way she says “Lami kaayo” for the first time and it’s 100% correct.
All mom needs to do is just add some water about 1 cup at a time to her Chicken Arroz Caldo each time it starts to dry. The consistency should be a little soupy. At the end of her cooking, mom can add some sliced green onions and some fried garlic would be fragrant and delicious toppings. Filipinos serve this Arroz Caldo in a bowl served hot per person. Enjoy. 😊
