Outlaw Star is an awesome, classic anime. I really wish it would get a remake series to appeal to more anime fans.

$19.99 for Cyber Monday. Plus, I haven’t seen the uncut version. And a thumbs up for the Trigun request. Badlands Rumble is out, but the series is still MIA. Hope they put a set out with the series and the movie.

I love this show used to watch it all time back in the day on toonami and adult swim in 2002 going to get this for my collection good times and great memories of my childhood good video!

Love Outlaw Star but I don't like it's collectors edition. To me it feels like Funimation didn't put much effort into it and I've had this problem with a lot of heir collectors editions for a few years now. Got nothing against people who love them but I wish more effort was put into the collector editions. Agree with the Trigun Blu-Ray though.

“Classics,” come with digital copies instead of the dvds. I think Funimation is finally making that jump because they’ve got Samurai Champloo getting a re release with digital copies.

It’s on sale for $24 or so right now. That’s the standard release with digital copies, thinking I might make the jump now. I’ve been reading that the UK release was the same as the Japanese and is much better than Funimation. You have any input on that?

Hello, Thank you for an awesome review. I have a question though. There are 2 other blu-ray versions available, The Complete Series AND The Complete Series "Classic" , was wondering if you were aware of any differences or edits between the two versions, as here is about a $10 difference. And $10 bucks is $10 bucks ;) Thanks again!

I hate the fact the box doesn't have an end label and how it slides apart into two parts. Because when I try to move the box I have to pretty much hold it with2 hands because I can't comfortably do it with 1 since itll fall in half. Other than that the video quality is great, unfortunatly there is some grain to it
