MS always been more heavily concentrated in the Eastie and Chelsea area … I remember in 2018 they Rico’d a clique of MS in Lynn for some M attempts and killing an informant

While East Boston is like 3 minutes away from Chelsea with no traffic ,shares land with Revere , Winthrop… I’m just saying if they made Eastie part of Boston they might as well should’ve made Everett and Chelsea part of Boston too
