In this lesson, you will learn how to solve ratio and proportion equations. In this type of equations, we can often cross multiply and cancel terms on both sides of the equal sign. The goal is to get the variable by itself on one side, so that we know the value of the unknown variable. Ratio and proportion problems are a type of equation that is very common in math, science, and engineering.
That is my favorite math teacher of all time anyone know a math teacher that is exactly like him on UA-cam?
My God, you are the best greatest teacher on earth, I don't know if there is or not anyone else that I know that teaches so clearly in detail, you should be an example to the entire world's education systems this is how everything should be taught , instead of long boring lectures, or reading books that are so hard just to understand what they are trying to tell you, because the way books are written is very official language which I abhor, a simple concept that can take one minute to understand takes hours, because the way these evil books are written , the concepts of science, math and everything else are not hard to learn and are actually fun to learn, if it wasn't for these official languages that are used in all books, I am so sick and tired of them.
This is how everything should be taught in all schools. Simple, fun and clear. They should learn from you, you are the best and made a big difference in my life, truly American teachers are the best too at teaching. But offcourse your ways of teaching makes it the 👌 best.
Wow incredible teach
great tutorial on ratio and proportion, thanks for sharing
You are so amazing, and I appreciate your teaching so much ~ Thank you!
This is the greatest teacher everrrrrrrr
Simple and efficiently explained math
Amazing but sad i cant buy your lectures dont have the credit card 😔
So always use the Denominator reguardless if it's a know or unknown value & multiply (it) to both numerators. Then cancel out equal value numerator & denominator. Repeat & continue to multiply & divide untill there is no denominator for ansewer. I hope I have it!
You got it!
Very useful sir thank you.
Thank you so..... much... for helping us 😊
Thank you for your help 👏 👏👏
I think I found the best teacher
God bless you, you really are a good tutor
keep it up dude, i appreciate your efforts in teaching online
Thanks so much! I will.
thank you dear but dont think its a long way for students????
here is a short way ..my greeting to you
I can understand from you, the best teacher 😊
The best
THANK YOU... SIR...!!!
It is also a revision and easy... But your method teaches the rules in steps...!!!
THANKS AGAIN...!!!
this was so helpful thank you very much
Thank you Teacher for clear explain and example.
Thankyou so much
I come here for a refresh on fundamentals … studying for GRE
Awesome.
Thanks
Hi sir would you mind to discuss cross and dot product of vector
What grade lesson is this just curious?
Please confirm the formula also which can apply to it👍 Thank you
This is in our study guid for our exam but i dont even remember my teacher teaching this
tank you
Sir, I have one question for you. What are 'Equations' ? Please try to define them. I hope you will try to reply as soon as possible. I will be looking forward to you reply. Thank you!
An Equation is an entity with with one side being equal to the other. Basically, both sides are different ways of expressing the same thing.
An equation is a statement that two mathematical expressions, on either side of the “=“ sign, are equal, the same.
An equation is like a physical balance that maintains same weight on both sides.
X=2 is an equation
Add 2 to both sides
X+2=2+2
Subtract 2 on both sides
We get x=2.
Likewise you can perform multiplication, division and so on both sides that will not change the value of X.
An equation is any mathematical statement that contains an equal sign.
WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF THE NUMBERS ARE NOT DIVISIBLE OR IF THE NUMBER ARE ONE PAIR DIVISIBE AND THE OTHER PAIR IS NOT ?
Being first here feels good..let's study maths
I'm also happy for being second
What is x _4= 6_3

These are equations right?
In a class the ratio of boys to girls is 3:2. If the number of girls in the class is 20, what's the number of boys?
Ans: 3:2=x:20
2x=20×3
2x=60
X=30 number of boys.
Yes!
