Yup, It also feels like my home in my childhood, when I had a logfire. The feeling of burning wood on my skin and my dog lying on my legs is just like this song.
My rendition of home isn't a place or a building, it's where you feel the most comfortable to be at, and where you would rather go and be than any other place in this world
So many people cover these, and fail to capture the feeling behind the original composition, and it warms my heart to see someone making these songs happen with physical instrumentation, both faithful to the paper and the emotion the song represents within the game.

Fun fact: When this originally aired, I was in Greece on a school trip, and on the specific day it aired was feeling very homesick. The good, happy vibes of this song managed to cheer me up however, and it felt a lot better. Will be going to Poland for school in June, and I'll make sure to keep this song, stored safely for if I then, or ever again, feel homesick.

I can't really put into words how well you arranged and performed this. I know you were going for a Minnesota country feel, but as a Texan I swear I could see the farm my aunt lives on when I listened to this. I swear I could hear the low hum of her truck, the rustle of leaves, the frankly annoying Texas wind, and even the trot of a few animals lazing around. I really cannot even begin to describe how thankful I am to you for being such a good musician.

Still my favourite Undertale piece of the lot. So comfy and warm. Goat Mama is just the best. Next Undertale piece request is Snowdin Town please. Good winter song, and even though it's a cold place, it's quite welcoming.

As a city dweller, I can't relate to the rural scenery, but I can swear this song plays in my head when I see those city skylights at night, driving home in the dark. The relief that floods over me when I see those lights feels like this.

As a clarinet player, the clarinet brings such a sense of peace and calm to this
It adds a much more deeper and beautifulness that this song already has
This cover takes the piece into a direction that it usually isn’t seen in, while still feeling just like undertale. Home is a piece that really invokes a sense of nostalgia, and you kept that same vibe. You’re really good at keeping songs’ original energies. It makes your pieces really flourish!
I long for a place that doesn’t exist.
A place that hasn’t existed for a long time.
A place where I can experience my emotions honestly.
A place where I can truly feel comfort and love.
I’ve gotten close, every now and again, but every time, I somehow forget what it was that got me so close to begin with.

Toby Fox really knew how to create a good soundtrack. Home was always one of my favourites, the way it would speak to me as I would be doing things at home, its just made staying inside a much likeable expirience. Good job on the harmonica btw buddy, it truly gave the "home" vibe. I agree with one of the comments that said that "Every interpretetion of home is different both the home and the song" altough, no matter how different the cover will be, I always end up in tears. The memories of old, the chukles of loved ones on the table, the relax that a good drink, a cozy blanket and good company provide.
To say it simply, I always cry because everytime I hear "Home", These words echo in my head.
"Do not worry, my child/friend"
"We are proud of you"
"You are ok"
"You are safe"
...
"You are Home"
Such a wonderful song and an excellent cover to match, theres nothing to improve.
I really like how the author transposes transitions in music, when calm transitions are smooth, the processing is most pleasant, and for example, the mettaton track sounded drkmmatically, brutally, with the same sharp transitions

I grew up in farm country PA, so the visuals really hit home for me as well.
HOME already speaks to a part of my soul, but when the clarinet came in, your cover went from incredible to absolute perfection. That's just when the feeling of longing really hit in full force. I felt my chest tighten. It was wonderful.

Hey man, I just wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart for making those Undertale covers. Lately I've been having some bottled up emotions and I haven't been able to just let them flow. But last night while I was listening to your Home cover, suddenly the tears started flowing. I was finally able to cry to my hearts content. At some point the nostalgia and sadness faded away and were replaced by a comfortable warmth and the happiness of being able of letting my emotions out. Maybe this comes out as corny or cringe, but I really had to thank you. I hope whatever projects you are working are completed and that you are satisfied with them. God bless you Luke.
Bro I'm from Minnesota and this reminded me of the calm meadows in the transition from winter to fall where the snow has just melted, the ground still cool but not wet and you can just lay on a hill as you watch the wispy clouds float by with the calm chirp of birds in the background.😊

Incredibly beautiful. The harmonica really drives the sense of home for me being from Texas. I'm in Japan now and wouldn't trade it, but damn is this beautiful music reflecting a beautiful countryside.
I don't really know why but this specific cover of Home reminds me of coming home from school, booting up my DS and playing yokai-watch 1. Ahh when times were much more simpler. This cover is absolutely breath taking :)

i know i'm just repeating what others are saying, but these undertale covers have been probably both the most creative but also faithful ones i've seen
The harmonica in this song reminds me of my favorite character as a kid, Snufkin from the Moomin series. My great grandma started me watching it in Swedish as a way for me to learn. I’ve always related to wanting to explore and be free, but not wanting to leave behind the people you love. Undertale reminds me of that feeling a lot.

I love these videos, they are such an inspiration. He actually inspired me to play flute, to which I am about 2 and a bit months in and looking to play Mozart flute concerto when the flute gets done in the repair shop. It's a Bundy but it plays really nice.
