Just bought tickets to their Boston tour date and I hope they let local bands perform this with them on stage all along their tour!! That would be EPIC!!

also, this was performed AFTER our football game that day as part of our usual post-game performance! (I'm a clarinet player in the band!) which is why the stadium is empty in the video, as most people had left already. (you can even see the lawnmowers already on the field fixing the grass haha!)
SonjaL no, the actual recording for the album happened back in June 2018 in a studio with Muse (specifically our Alpert School of Music studio on campus!! :D) it was just the section leaders and whole drumline who were recorded, and then multiple tracks mixed together to sound like a huge band rather than just the 15 or so of us who were actually recorded! (Studio magic!) they couldn’t get all 280+ of us in one studio haha
I love how these american marching bands have to have the women randomly twiddling the sticks and throwing them around. I don't think i could make them out on the album xD
