the kbd fitment inside the door panel doesn’t allow the door to close. would you think i would have to loosen the door bolts and move the door vertically a little in order to make the door able to close?
If you move the door it won’t latch properly and screw your door alignment up. You may need to replace the door bushings and pins. I had to do that on my 240sx, they wear out and sag. I believe you can use a 95 pathfinder bushings set and pin, pretty sure that what I used. Also may need to thin the KBD kit, some of those panels are thick not sure if it was in that video but I had to cut down some extra material on the inside of those side skirts.
@@BuildTheoryZ do you sand the inner door panel piece flatter so the door doesn’t hit it? i will still plan on changing my bushings and pins since its all stock and old.
Yeah, Check your bushings and get out the sander if you need to, sometimes got to use your imagination on these after market body panels. Good Luck, you'll get it.
Holy hell, I have been look for tutorial on how to fix the extra material on these side skirts forever. Thank you.
Any questions ask away! Thanks for watching
