Carrot Cakes... Are made out of Reddish... Reddish is known as White Carrot in Chinese, its cooked and made into a block, then cut into tiny pieces before stir-frying... Hence, 'Carrot Cake'...

You can drink tap water in singapore.... so the ice is safe... I mean, i lived here 40 years.... never once have i heard of water or ice giving people issues. :)
