Like good food, spacious room, proper bathroom, neatness, washing machine, daggaralo manchi hospital if there is any medical emergency, ilantivi. So far i saw some 3 videos of u and they are all good, ground level lo content provide chestunav brother proper ga, thank you:)) actually for a middle class guy like me, 2 sharing aithe better but nakunna sleep issues and work from home in late hours and edhaina personal calls matladali anna and other stress releasing factors untayi kadha when we are alone in our room, so single room is correct for me at this stage. so single room in PG, other basic needs ani strong ga meet avali. No mandu, cigarette, pubs, parties or athi baita tindi. naakithe entha avuthadhi brother? google lo chusa single room PGs aithe 19K, 20K, 26K, 27K, 33K kuda unayi without taxes. But in ur opinion, room rent and expenses can i finish off in 30 or 35K max? i will soon land in bangalore lets say in 2 months time with a package of around 8 lakhs/annum. (actually it may not be middle class even in bangalore, lower middle i think bcoz many are earning 12, 20 and 30 etc and above).
Thanks for appreciation brother. Single room ki in normal PGs with good food you will get in 15 to 18k per month with taxes. But if you want a pg which is very rich in infra then they will charge more than 20k without food. Food charges has to be extra and laundry also may be. But in normal PGs all are included in just 15k to 18k
Limited ga kharchu chesthey survive avvachu bro. But chances are very thin. 16k tho chaala kashtam antha tight ga kharchu cheyyali ante kashtam. Min 20k unte better
