He says himself he couldn't make the top grade. Good on him for where he ended up but payne has was playing a grade for the broncos at this age.
They have the Tush Push now they’re gonna have the Mailata Run their OC needs to be thinking bout this when they reach SB
Hey Eagles ! I nominate JM for our short yardage fullback and 3rd n short 1st down secret weapon lol ! He's unbelievable !
My new favorite player! I wish I was as effective in all I did!
It’s like you run into a wall, but the wall is also running.. into you
His running plays are spectacular, but his defensive tackling is bone crushingly hard.
You ain't lying. Dudes a Savage. You can take a man out of Rugby but you can't take the Rugby out of the man.
He’s like the massive custom player u forget that you made and he destroys you
I'm waiting for his Refrigerator Perry to shine moment. Believe me I'm hoping they use him against dallas in that moment
i still don’t understand why the eagles haven’t pulled a “refrigerator” with this guy yet. it’s like actually mind blowing 😂
You never know.
Philly philly Part 2: The Run Down Under.
everyone's talking about giving him the ball but I wanna see this guy on defense. not only is he a monster but rugby players tackle with way better form than football players too, so I'm sure most running backs wouldn't know how to get around him.
After seeing this no way im makin him OT .. Go Running back or tight end...im willing to wait a couple years for him to learn ..unstoppable at the goaline..dam Beast

If I was a rugby player facing Jordan's team, I would retire before the start of the game, start on my plan B career.
he's bigger than everyone else on the pitch it's hilarious to watch. I played high school with a couple guys like that. half my team was football players. I was playing back at 6'2 feet 160 pounds. the forwards on some teams were smaller than me. nothing better than requiring 3 defensive players to tackle one of your guys.
he's gonna be an awesome fullback!
Wow. Gotta love him.
He's getting the ball. He's a Running back. If we had him last year Carson wentz wouldn't have been injured. Inside the 5. Run the ball 4 times with him.
Jesus. These rugby dudes are huge and can run. If he has good hands he could be a serious threat.
I still don't know why the Eagles have never moved him into a fullback position on goal line or short yardage
This dude is a beast and Eagles should use him as A Te or even a Rb.. Nice pick up if Eagles use him right.. Damn I would even put this Dude on Def too. Great Pick up Eagles
@2:23 put Mailata at kick/punt return this year lol
Mate. This guy should play in the NFL.
Wow! Dude is a filthy monster! What a great story. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Just for the record, this isn't professional Rugby League 🏉,this isn't 1st Grade, which is Professional Rugby League 🏉 which is diff from Rugby Union, which is alllll most Americans watch&see over here in the States. This is Reserve Grade Rugby League 🏉 as he could never make it in the top League,1st Grade. Was only offered 2000$,5000$ w/incentives to play w/My Mighty South Sydney Rabbitohs. Until he was told by Madge,he wouldn't make it in Rugby League 🏉 atm. Amazing Achievement to make it to the Super Bowl. Good stuff Matey'🤠👍🐰🐇🏏🏉
The eagles need to pitch this man the ball on the goal line, with Kelce and another lineman pulling out to the side to form a wall, ur telling me them 3 can’t get 3 yards on the goal line?
New heights?
Welcome to Philly my dude
I came here after Jason Kelce mentioned this on New Heights podcast. Travis said it sounded terrifying to play against him. At one point, I think he is dragging 8 people behind him! Terrifying indeed!
Did the guy at 2:15 live?
How this guy made it to the 7th round is mind boggling. What an athlete
Welcome to philly bro. I know this big unit is suppose to be o-line but I really hope Doug P makes dude the fullback. Can you imagine ajayi running behind this bulldozer? Jay would only have to make the safeties miss to score. Jordan, good luck, I'd buy you a cheesesteak if you tell coach you want to be a fb.
Why don't the Eagles start using Mailata like the 1985 Chicago Bears used the Fridge William Perry
Welcome to the Philadelphia Eagles!
What rugby team did he play for?
The Under 20s semi pro suburban feeder teams for the Bulldogs then the Rabbitohs. He got dropped after a season.
Take 10-15kg off and he would have been a very vicious forward, Better than what we just saw. Still can’t believe we let him go.🐰❤️💚
