    13:05 Wild ginseng fruit(Droma in Tibetan language & renshen-go in chinese)is chewy and highly nutritious food.

    You totally nailed it. Dried chili is not really spicy but fresh ‘little’ chili is normally VERY spicy (even for Chinese).

    Chinese Mongolian’s milk tea is almost the same. Black tea is in the form of a ‘brick’. People cut a piece from the tea brick and boil with milk.

    Interesting that everybody 's sitting around in the restaurant in their coats. Do they heat the restaurants inside at all or just not heat them and just use kitchen heat because they leave the front open?

      Most buildings have curtains of some kind over the front door, they might be slightly heated but it's not quite enough to keep up with the cold I guess?
