@@JR28. too slow and probably hard to code since those F1's are probably way too slidy and will probably not even a decent car due to how hard it is to drive

It was pretty cool to race classic F1 vehicles in F1 2020. I bought the game a while ago and then I remembered that I used to love Formula 1 racing as a child.
I truly hope the next Forza Motorsport has more F1 cars from the 80-90s.
FM7 has a few, it's a good start.
I always thought it was such a missed opportunity to not have all 3 contender cars from 2003. Would allow for so much potential for online lobbies

Kinda sad the old 70s cars are gone, as they at times were far more fun to drive than some of the 80s, 90s or 00s cars. Guess we will never get the 60s or early 70s cars in a f1 game.

Honda V10 took around that i think, atleast it had 1000hp. 400kmh in salt flat.

-BAR Honda 006/007 (2004-05).
-BMW Sauber F1.08 (2008).

I have a logitech g29 with gear stick and it works perfectly fine with changing gears manually on the older cars and you even have the option to use the clutch peddle.
Bring at least 2 more cars from seasons such as 1998(Ferrari and Jordan) and 2003(2003-GA, MP4-17D), 2008(Ferrari and BMW Sauber) >>> Classic races as ranked and try to bring classic tracks and why not, a full season line-up, except for some new track and minor livery changes not much has changed in 4 consecutive games ( 2017, 18, 19 and 20), it's like they're patching but asking full price.
Yeah. They had I believe about 6 less car than they had last year, they had classic cars from the 1972 Lotus, all the way through to the 1982 McLaren. It's a shame they've removed those great classics, it would be good if they could add some more classic cars this year, we need at least 6 more cars added to this game, to make up the difference... I hope they add more classics to this game, after all, it is the 70th Anniversary of Formula 1, surely they'll add something big.
The 2002 or 2005 McLaren would be a great addition to the game since we've never had a classic F1 car from 2005 in any F1 game. Also, some more classic F1 cars from the late-'60s to the early-'70s, like the Brabham BT24, Lotus 49, Matra MS80, Tyrrell 003, & the BRM P160.
Some turbocharged F1 cars from the mid-'80s would be neat too, like the Williams FW11, Lotus 97T, Lotus 98T, Brabham BT52, Lotus 99T, Ferrari 126C, McLaren MP4/2, Benetton B186, & Arrows A10.
I know I'm going a little overboard, but there's just so many cool legendary classic F1 cars, why not add them all?

They really need to nail the audio down, Codemasters are amazing at this in other games but never in F1 for some reason.

They are in the base game except for the Schumacher cars. (The Jordan, the 2 benettons, and the 2000 Ferrari)

Great list, I would have loved to seen the 1997 and 1998 Ferrari. The 1999 Jordan also. 2000 McLaren as that was a beast of a car.

not all, the deluxe edition have more classics cars (schumarer cars, jordan, benetton and ferrari)

isn't it suspicious that only the cars that Michael Schumacher drove are numbered?
I think it’s because Schumi was the only “classic” driver they had rights for which included his face and helmets but all the others are not numbered cause they don’t have the rights for the other drivers so Mclarens don’t have the 12 and 1, Williams doesn’t have the red 5, etc.

I don't care about 70's cars, but what about the iconic one from 1990 to 2010??!!!!! why only adding 2 or 3 per game?!!! why no Jordan's?, Team Lotus?, Jaguar?, caterham/HRT?, Toyota? BAR? cmon!!!!! they can't even fix the classic mode, is just so dumb what CODEMASTERS do, so wrong! they don't even have to replace the game each year, they don't work! while we play each year for the same trash

All the cars you mentioned were terrible in the grand scheme of things, why waste time on programming and implementing unpopular cars that were slow and scored very few points?
