- Los Angeles County Fire Department Patrol 80 responding to a medical response.
Units due: ^ANF E80 P80 S131 AMR
Patrol 80’s 2016 frontline Dodge broke down, so they are using P92’s new unit as a reserve until they get theirs back from the shops.
This is 1 of 10 brand new Type 6 fire patrol units purchased by the County from BME Fire Manufacturing.
Thank you Fire Station 80-C for allowing us to take pics and honking!

2016 Ram 5500 Patrol 80 is back, but I saw it when during a Heat Wave.
Thats not the first time I’ve seen a newbie being used as a reserve. Nice one!
Is the L. A. County Fire Patrol 2016 Ram 5500 back on service? It has 5 firefighters at Fire Station 80.
Amazing truck! Nice catch!
Great catch! Sweet looking truck!
Cool video
Never seen one of those before. Or, have I? I don’t know, anyways, good catch.
Very nice
661! 💪🏽
What dose fire patrol do?
Great looking rig! How much water do they carry?
Probably meets NWCG Type 6 standards. A decade ago some of LAC’s Patrols had CAFS.
Our L. A. County Fire Department Patrols use a 2018 4-Door Ram 5500, 2008 2-Door Ram 5500, and 2005 2-Door Ford F550 for that is staffed with one firefighter always.
