St. Ives horror story: I thought St.Ives was a great deal and worth a try! Fast forward a week... I used it maybe twice and my skin was RED, splotchy, and irritated. I couldn’t figure out why, so I looked at the ingredients.... low and behold they use walnut shells as an exfoliating agent...... GUESS WHO’S ALLERGIC TO WALNUTS?!?!?!! Needless to say I’ve sworn off the brand.

It's cause everyone's skin is different. Her's is obliviously different than his. I even use St.Ives and it honestly works well for my skin. Hyram said ppl scrub it too hard and he's right but it's not the brand fault it says in their directions to scrub it in gently and to only put it on 3-4 times a week.

A horror story for hyram to read:
Once soon a time, I was at the drugstore and looking for something to clear my acne. I was walking around and I saw my pretty friend there. She asked what I was looking for. I told her I was looking for something to clear my skin. She then said “girl I know the perfect thing for you that cleared my skin when I was ur age” and then showed my St Ives scrub. I bought it and went home. I took a huge blob and scrubbed my face. I washed it off and my skin was red and itchy. I thought I didn’t do enough so I put on another thick layer and scrubbed. Let’s just say that there was a lot of blood and I had to go to the doctor cuz I was allergic to walnuts and guess what the ingredients say. WALNUT SHELL POWDER! So I had to go to the hospital and stay there for the night and I went to the dermatologist and he gave me stuff to use and then 1.5 years later my skin is fine sooooooooooo don’t use St Ives
