Educational Talent Search and Hampton City Schools College and Career Advisors will host HYPE DAY (Helping You Prepare Efficiently, Effectively, Effortlessly) to get the Class of 2025 excited about high school graduation and the college entry process. Students from the 4 local high schools are welcome to attend and learn about the process and ask questions to a dedicated team of professionals to prepare for Virginia College Application Week, October 21st - 24th. Families will learn about FAFSA, college essays and scholarships to prepare for their future in a timely manner. There will be music, activities, giveaways and excitement in the air to get Virgina College Application Week jumping!
*Penny Wars for Breast Cancer
This October it's academy against academy to see who can raise the most money for breast cancer. Stop by the admin table during all 4 lunches and drop your pennies and loose change into the academy jar of your choice starting today and running through the end of October. The academy who raises the most will be celebrated with something special.

*First Quarter CSA Testing is October 25th - November 1st

*Governors Health Sciences Academy will host a Blood Drive on Wednesday, October 30, 2024 from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
