Nice work on your Chevelle, Joe. That’s pretty much how I would want to do it. I really like the valve covers and intake cover, where did you get those? My vote would probably be keep it the original color. But you also can’t go wrong with black on black.
Thanks! The intake cover and valve cover “covers” were from eBay. I love the valve covers, but I’m eventually going to get rid of this intake cover in favor of a different one, or just change the intake to a fabricated aluminum one, just for looks. It’s hard to make one of these motors look decent in an older car in my opinion. A lot of clutter and junk on them, lol.
