Great viewing, Luke and Andrew, enjoyed the drone filming but boy are they noisy, even from far away. I've seen those silent ones some time ago, but they were just household toys without camera or much range, but maybe there's some newer types available nowadays that are nearly silent. It'd be handy for the amateurs like us in unfamiliar territory to reorient yourself, say, back to a car or camp, or road back out, if they are part of the toy's capabilities, it's not really a toy then, but looks like great fun to use, but would hate to repeat our teen experience of the micro aeroplane spirit-fueled engine we bought for $5 in 1982 roughly, made a plane for it, that crashed up high into a pine tree on it's very first and last flight! Looking forward to what's about where you'll film, diggings, settlements, tracks, bridges of yesteryear, old mansions in ruins, old groves of exotic trees and palms, stone walls, wells, shafts... So much possibilities to explore when you're already exploring! Best wishes again to you and the whole family and extended DID community in 2025. It's a might machine the 6000 @Working 925 detecting but funny when im playing with the Drone it doesn't find any gold for me😂 You will have to give it a swing one day for sure mate👍 I think the fluffy mics might sound a little better maybe?
@DigItDetecting yeah my drone stopped me from doing house work today 😂 I "range tested" mine lol seems to work better from waist height. The wind still effects it so yeah the fluffy is the go.

Hey,,,, with the little bit of breeze the drone provides and that it sounds like a huge mosquito (hawk)... It could help keep the mosquitoes away as well as give you a little cooling 🤔

@@DigItDetecting Funny, I actually had a bat try to catch one of my micro biplanes I was flying around a light pole one evening 😂🤣 .. took me a minute to figure out why my plane kept doing a roll when I wasn't telling it to 🤣 Then I saw the claw marks

I found a Neo buried in the sand at Batemans Bay beach. Tip: Keep it away from salt water. Defo killed this one! Bad thing to lose though!
