The first time I watched this movie, I cried myself. Can't even finish it. Only able to finish it on my 2nd attempt, but almost a year after. Was too scaredy cat 😅 A very recommended scary movie. The second installment "Communion" is also a good watch but in my opinion less scary then the first one.
I watch this movie 4 times in teather, this movie is reboot from 1989 (with same title from the origin). The origin movie some kind type movie to straight on the plot, the element of horror is from jump scare and some kind of demon (prosthetic make up). But the reboot, personally i more like this movie. I like because the director development story, concept and creativity. The first movie left some un-reveal mystery. But the second movie, will open what happen with this family, who is "the cult" and of course more scary. The director said, there will be the third movie
