Post Rebalance Eternals Tierlist

thank you mister dy_dk for the tierlist maker thing i was too lazy to make anything myself. also the tierlist isn't ordered or anything like that, i just put the newest entries to the right.
i know i mix and match the japanese and english names for the eternals, i just use what's most comfortable for me okay you can just look at the pictures and figure it out.
i want to elaborate on uno for a second here, his s1 does give him consistent damage against certain bosses, particularly those in GW. the unfortunate thing is that he is competing against quatre who does the same thing but also brings utility which allowed for more damage oriented characters to be paired with him. uno is also not tanky at all for having a constant substitute, with wilnas being the best example of a character who has some hostility built into his s3 which is also paired with a massive 300% defence buff. he just doesn't cut it unfortunately.

130: tweyen and seox
100: everyone else
Rebal fixed alot off little issues I had with quatre fif and tien so I'll prolly at least 110 fif and 150 tien as a fire main.

@@imokay6395 I do think Song is pretty good and will be a main feature of this current GW definitely. Can't say no to a flurry and an echo with no requirements other than clicking the button.
