A note; this is starship hulk, different “levels” is Bruce showing hulk subconscious images of fighting infinite waves of increasingly stressful enemies, so he can make him stronger or weaker at will, to specific levels. Also, Thor in this fight wasn’t using the thorforce.

Why this world in 1:55 look like adventure time world
Quantum Hulk Thor, this story has a little of Quantum Leap about it, and Trek and something I think nobody has thought about if say Thors powers are mystical based and Hulk has some connections to magic himself is it highly likely that the powers of both are from the same source in other words both share some kind of inner nightmare about losing control of their own minds, there is a classic tale where as a younger Thor he has a nightmare and loses control of his powers and is transformed into a demomic creature of lightning his hammer somehow is part of him to, its only his father who stops him in time, it was years ago but this story is almost similar, so is Bruce and Thor connected by someone this Titain which I seem to think has appeared in Thor in tales Of Asgurd about Odin and his father's half brother? Gor had a half-brother who came from a realm of mutation who were Hulk like creatures?

The battle had to stop because Odin saw that hulked out Thor was about to rip the world tree then Odin possssed hulk to talk Thor down. If he ripped the world tree it will be the end of everything.

yo the art is really good here, most of the times it's all hazzy looking and lacks any details, especially the eyes and muscles, but that is not longer an issue here

bottom line is Thor ALWAYS holds back knowing Banner is inside OR he could easily use the bifrost to drop the Hulk 53 million galaxies away on an airless planet. When Stan Lee introduced Thor He wanted someone stronger than the Hulk. Besides Thor has been a God for as long as men feared Thunder regardless of the many names. The rest of these guys are basically the imagination of some nice kids from Brooklyn

Except for how thor hulk broke it so presumably hulk hulk could. Hulk has had reality bending abilities before when he's made enough so I don't think some teleportation hax is gonna stop him if the rough gets going.
There has been countless times where Thor was going all out against Hulk. Didn’t help him in the slightest. Hulk is the one whose actually being held back by Banner

The occult symbology behind this is brilliant.
Stories like this just show that Banner-controlled Hulk is bad for everyone in the Marvel Universe, but makes for some good storytelling. The MCU really messed up with its depiction of The Professor, Banner is *not* a stable person and is prone to fits of anger and violence himself (hence the Savage Hulk personality exists). At the least, he should have a bad attitude and be pretty snarky.

Hulk having Mjolnir and Thor hulking out was amazing.
But Thor won that fight soundly. Very soundly. Not only was Hulk trying to kill Thor half the fight, Betty told Bruce they couldn't win, Banner stated "less force" because they couldn't beat him, Odin told Banner Thor has always held back, and you didn't even go over anything Beta Ray Bill said to Sif. Beta flat out said Thor never once tried against the Hulk because he saw him as a friend who deserved mercy. And once Thor hulked out, he ripped Banners arm off, ripped apart the Bifrost, ripped up Yggdrasil, and it verbatim stated "We are using the united power of EVERY REALM in the known and unknown to cage his madness...all of the voices of the elders whispering to him, guiding him back to the god that he is...ALL of the magics and enchantments to the runes and fates to leech this fury from his soul..." and then Odin flat out stated "I don't think it's enough." Beta Ray Bill tells you Thor is truly unleashed and all of that couldn't stop Thor.
Not to mention Hulk starting issue 2 with Engine Room 8, and if he wasn't holding back, he's clearly set to 9...9 where he'd fight Phoenix and Living Tribunal...that's the kind of power he was bringing to that fight and lost.
Wrong Thor had daddy helping. Pretty much odin force. And he was trying to kill hulk also on the hand. He said I wish it didn't have to be this way but it does that's when hulk ripped his own guts out to continue fighting. Fact is if Odin wasn't there Thor was fixing to get clapped
@@Poke_Slay You obviously didn't read the comics. Odin was with Banner after the first issue. Odin tells Banner that Thor is holding back, they clash, Banner lost control of Hulk, Banner flat out said Hulk wasn't holding back, that he was trying to kill Thor, Beta Ray Bill even tells you Thor was holding back and Banner didn't gain control of Hulk until after he was allowed to use Mjolnir. He asked Odin four times and with it still lost to Thor. Hulk had Odin, Mjolnir, the Bifrost, and Yggdrasil...Thor had Thor. Hulk lost cupcake. Badly. Every issue ended with Hulk on his back or face down with Thor standing or hovering above him. Issue 5 Thor even told Ironman that Banner died to help them out.
Also, Thor didn't want to kill Hulk, that was stated several times. Thor literally said he was bringing him in for the lives he took in El Paso. He was holding back. They literally tell you from the start of the first comic Thor is trying to take Hulk in and not kill him. You might want to read the comics and stop deluding yourself with head canon.
Fact is if Odin wasn't there... Hulk would have died. Thor literally was tearing his limbs off. Hulk had a hole in his chest and lost an arm. Thor wasn't even bleeding at the end of the fight. Odin was the one that saved the Hulk with Mjolnir. Fail harder kid.

Thors hammer would only temporarily hold him down his true rage has no limit and it’s linked to his power so his strength would just hit a point where he could lift and use it against Thor or like how u put it he will just stand up and let it rip threw him because he’s one of the few characters that are technically immortal

You left out THE most important part on how Beta Ray Bill and Odin explains that Thor holds back in battle and how banner has never really fought an all-out Thor.
@user-ke5op5vg2y In Hulk 300, Thor didn't try to kill him until the END of the fight. By then, Dr. Strange intervened saving the Hulk. Same with Hulk 440, Thor went into WM near the END of the fight. Nah, the writing was on point in BannerWar.
Narration and Thor himself has been shown trying to kill Hulk countless times. Banner on the other hand is always holding Hulk back.

@@thundergodd6086 Hulk/Banner holds back all the time otherwise the fights would be over in seconds. Thor is way more powerful than the Thing but Hulk has lots of fights with him that last a while because he is holding back. When Hulk fights Thor he knows that he doesn't have to hold back as much because Thor can take it. Even in this fight Banner puts the engine up to 3 and then later to 8. This right here shows he's holding back if not he would just go straight to 10+.

If you wrote the characters accurately, Thor would one-shot Hulk's head off, then toss the rest of his body into the nearest star, but nooOOOOoooo. Actually acknowledge the Hulk's limits? Can't have a writer do that.
Hulks limit is far beyond Thors. He literally regenerates from a drop of blood now. He also will just outright surpass thors strength and power as the fight goes on. I know it’s tough to admit your favorite character doesn’t win. But you’ll just have to cope.

Confusing a bit
They say the madder Hulk gets the stronger. These 2 have fought for hours which shows Thors BASE strength is ALREADY higher than Hulks. If 2 hours into a fight Thor is STILL able to go head to head it only makes sense he has been holding back. So many attacks Thor has and they never use it. God Blast and forcefields come to mind.
@user-ke5op5vg2y Yes he does. When he first transforms there is a starting point at which he initially got enraged and transformed. As the rage continues and increases the power increases from there. Whatever "there" was initially is the base. 🤦♂
Problem i have w/ Hulk is=(in no order)

It shouldn't be instant. A limb should take a week or atleast a full day.

~~~Hulk has no training/fighting tactics and should lose to a strong guys who do like Abomination/Blonsky.
~His str8 Levels should never had been Thor levels.
I liked the character during McFarlane era & older but post 2000's i mostly cringe.

wrong, base Thor has defeated Hulk fair and square in past fights and being the son of an elder god and Odin he has many more abilities than Hulk. Strengthwise Stan Lee intended Thor to be stronger than the Hulk. He stated as much. And that was Thor without the Odinforce.
I have been reading the comics since 1968 and I can tell you the hulk is the strongest one there is and would beat thor hands down ,ok they both lost a couple of times against each other but the hulk has beaten and fought whole teams of heroes at once only one strong enough to face onslaught one on one and smash his armour when others couldn't even get close,to be fair yes thor has the hammer and the Odin force now but world breaker hulk not world war hulk would take him easy never mind titan hulk.just remember thanos lost to squirrel girl and hulk lost to doc octopus its comics and everyone loses a fight ,but the history of the hulk he is far stronger than thor and tougher.

Marvel is lame for trying to place the Hulk in the same league as any god when it comes to anything. At the end of the day he is a man. He is mortal. I get it Marvel that you want to give hope to people and say they can do anything, but science (which is where the the Hulk derives his power from) wouldn't overcome the power of the cosmos. Read “Immortal Hulk” and come back. You have no idea if you think Hulk is entirely science-based and mortal. Thor admits as much, literally stating that Hulk is more than Science after having his skull cracked from one punch by Hulk.
